Treatment Of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granule Combined With Mesalazine Enteric Coated Tablets Clinical Observation Of Ulcerative Colitis In Mild Active Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granule Combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of mild active ulcerative colitis(UC)with deficiency and excess,and to study the general characteristics and TCM Syndromes of the disease in clinical application,so as to provide an objective basis for the treatment of the disease with TCM in the future.Methods: In this study,83 patients were enrolled in the study,3 patients were lost in the course of the study,and 80 patients were finally included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets alone(0.25g/tablet,1.0g/time,4 / day)Time);40 cases in the treatment group were given Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu granules(one dose per day,adjusted twice);4 weeks was a course of treatment,and the two groups were treated for two courses and then stopped for observation.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptom scores,TCM syndrome curative effect,mucosa pathological changes under colonoscopy(Baron score),pathologicalchanges of intestinal mucosa biopsy(geboes index score),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(eytrocytosis)were observed Rate,ESR,disease activity index(Mayo score),patients' quality of life score(ibdq score)and adverse reactions after treatment.To evaluate the applicability and clinical effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granule Combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of mild active ulcerative colitis with deficiency and excess.Results:(1)Clinical symptom score: after treatment,the clinical symptom score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P Treatment with enteric coated tablets.(2)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 88.6%,and that in the control group was 68.5%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).In improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Morphology of mucosal lesions under colonoscopy: after treatment,Baron's endoscopic score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)pathological score of intestinal mucosal biopsy(geboes index score):after treatment,the geboes score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05)),and the treatment group is lower than the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment has effect,and the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.(5)Serum CRP and ESR levels: after treatment,CRP and ESR in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment was effective;compared with the control group,the inflammatory factor index in the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granules Combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets were effective in the treatment of mild active ulcerative colitis The improvement was better than that of mesalazine enteric coated tablets alone.(6)Disease activity index(Mayo score),patient quality of life score(ibdq score): Mayo score,ibdq score in two groups Compared with the control group,the improvement degree of the treatment group was more significant(P.(7)Adverse reactions: in the course of treatment,there were 2 patients in the control group who had adverse reactions,the other 78 patients did not have any adverse reactions,blood routine test,liver and kidney function were not abnormal.Conclusion:(1)Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granule Combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablet has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of UC,which can significantly improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes,reduce UC inflammation,improve intestinal mucosa,reduce disease activity,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of discomfort.(2)The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Granule Combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of mild active UC with deficiency and excess is stable,and there is no obvious side effect during the treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
