Clinical Study Of Yiyuan Huafu Decoction Enema Combined With Warm Acupuncture On Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiyuanhuafu decoction on ulcerative colitis with spleen-kidney yang deficiency by retention enema combined with warm acupuncture.Methods: Sixty-six patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group(Yi Yuan Hua Fu Tang retention enema combined with warm acupuncture treatment)and control group(oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets treatment),0 with 33 cases in each group.During the study,there were 6 cases of detachment due to various reasons,and 30 cases were observed in the last two groups.During the treatment,4 weeks is a course of treatment,and both groups have two courses of treatment.Mayo score(endoscopy),TCM symptom score,quality of life score(IBDQ),ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate)and CRP(C-reactive protein)were observed before and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of medication,respectively,and statistical analysis was made to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment: TCM symptoms,Mayo score: compared in the two groups,P< 0.05,with statistical significance,and both groups were effective after treatment;The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant,except for the secondary symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,mental fatigue(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with the remaining items(P> 0.05)not statistically significant,and there was no difference between the two groups.2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the total score of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Mayo score,IBDQ score,ESR and CPR were compared: the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and both groups were effective in improving symptoms after treatment.Comparison between the two groups:(1)The main symptoms of TCM except diarrhea were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group;The rest P>0.05,which was not statistically significant;(2)The secondary symptoms of TCM except mental fatigue were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the rest items were statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The comparison between C-reactive protein groups was P<0.05,and the effect of control group was better than that of treatment group;There was no significant difference between ESR groups(P>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between 4)IBDQ score and total TCM symptom groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of curative effect:(1)Comparison of 1)Mayo curative effect: After chisquare test,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes: After X-test,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,Yiyuanhuafu decoction retention enema combined with warm acupuncture can reduce Mayo score,regulate ESR and CRP and improve patients’ quality of life,and there is no significant difference between the two groups.However,Yi Yuan Hua Fu Tang retention enema combined with warm acupuncture is superior to oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in improving mental fatigue and diarrhea.Therefore,the retention enema of Yiyuanhuafu Decoction combined with warm acupuncture can be used for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,and it has a definite effect.
