Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Bone Metastasis Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Breast Cancer With Liuwei Dihuang Pills

Purpose:Observing the traditional Chinese medicine Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of bone metastases of breast cancer with the pattern of kidney Yin deficiency type,who’s clinical efficacy, exploring that the traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with bone metastases of breast cancer.Material and method:choosing 60 cases with bone metastases of breast cancer with the pattern of kidney Yin deficiency type,the patients comformed the standard were randomly divided into control and treatment group and each of them was respectived 30 cases.The control group was given western medicine standardized treatment of bone metastases of breast cance, The treatment group to add Chinese medicine of Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group,thirty pills each time, 2 times a day.Continuous treatment for 2 months,comparing the index of two groups of patients before and after treatment,including the ability of activity,TCM symptom score,the quality of life(KPS score),observing the clinical curative effect of Liuwei Dihuang pil.Results: 1.Before the treatment, Two groups of patient’s age,the ability of activity,KPS score,which results was all P> 0.05,without statistical differences,the baseline levels between the two groups is the same,can be compared with each other. 2.After the treatment,two groups of patients with the ability of activity were increased, the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.01). 3.After the treatment,two groups of patients with TCM symptom score were increased,the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05). 4.After the treatment,two groups of patients with the quality of life(KPS score) were increased,the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: The study found that zoledronic acid to add liuwei dihuang pill on the basis of treatment of kidney Yin deficiency type of breast cancer bone metastases has certain curative effect, can improve the patient’s activity ability and the clinical symptoms, improve patient’s quality of life.
