| Objective: In order to discuss the therapeutic effect of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage anal fissure treated with Gabriel combined with traditional chinese medicine of nourishing yin and tonifying qi huoxue injection.Methods: 60 suitable cases of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage anal fissure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Gabriel combined with traditional chinese medicine of nourishing yin and tonifying qi huoxue injection,while the control group was treated with Gabriel surgery and open lateral internal sphincterotomy.Two groups were encouraged to defecate 48 hours after surgery,and should be treated with routine treatment after defecate until recovered.Through the analyzed operation time,bleeding volume,anal Pain degree of each period after surgery,self-controlled ability in defecation and flatus,the anal canal rest pressure test after surgery,healing time and effective rate of treatment of 2 groups.Results: Comparison of 2 operation methods in the effective rate of treatment,anal canal rest pressure test after surgery,no significant difference(P >0.05),both the therapeutic methods were effective to Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage anal fissure.But the operation time,bleeding volume,the anal canal rest pressure test after surgery,self-controlled ability in defecation and flatus,healing time of the treatment group is better than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage anal fissure,Gabriel combined with traditional chinese medicine of nourishing yin and tonifying qi huoxue injection which is easy to use easily has less operation time,anal pain degree,bleeding volume and can reduce the incidence of complications such as fecal incontinence,is an effective method for Ⅱ and Ⅲ stage anal fissure treatment. |
