Objective: Learn Content of cadmium marketing honeysuckle and exploring deeply the cadmium content of honeysuckle in Shandong from the site soil,different evelopmental stages,the use of pesticides,and different processing methods,making the impact of cadmium on the active ingredient content of honeysuckle clearly,providing reference for Honeysuckle production and processing.Methods: Bought 26 batches of honeysuckle From Anguo,Bozhou and Pingyi herbal medicine mar ket,and collected honeysuckle samples from 25 areas in Shandong.Microwave digestion was used to digest the samples of honeysuckle and the soil samples.The contents of cadmium were deter mined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).Determination of chlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,luteolin,iso-chlorogenic acid B,iso-chlorogenic acid A and chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)ingredient.Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS statistical software.Results: 1.Cd content ranging from 26 commercial samples of honeysuckle is 0.0667~0.3333 mg/kg,Henan and Shandong have exceeded a sample.and there are,three samples of Shandong seven samples higher than 0.2500 mg/kg,the overall cadmium content;The content of Cd in honeysuckle was higher than that in Hebei honeysuckle(p = 0.023).It is necessary to study the cadmium content of honeysuckle in Shandong area.2.Shandong honeysuckle cadmium content higher overall average of 0.2145 mg/kg,3 sampling points cadmium content of honeysuckle exceeding,honeysuckle cadmium content in 11 samples are 0.2000mg/kg or more,of the total 44% of the sample.The content of seven active ingredients o f honeysuckle flowers in different cultivated areas in Shandong Province was different,and the highest content of the seven components was the honeysuckle samples produced in Pingyi area of Linyi.The content of honeysuckle and the active ingredient in Shandong were(P <0.05).3.The effect of each factor on the content of cadmium in honeysuckle was different.(1)There was a significant positive correlation between cadmium content and content of cadmi um in honeysuckle(p <0.05),indicating that the content of cadmium in soil had an effect on the content of cadmi um in honeysuckle and the content of cadmium in honeysuckle increased with the increase of cadmium content.When the soil cadmium content reached 1.6mg/kg,honeysuckle cadmium content must be exceeded.However,in order to avoid exceeding the cadmium content of honeysuckle,the content of cadmium in honeysuckle was better than 1.2mg/kg.(2)The content of cadmium in honeysuckle in different harvest periods showed a tendency to increase first and then decrease.From the bud stage to the three green period,the content of cadmium in honeysuckle increased to the highest point of the whole development period.From the three to the white period,the content of cadmium in honeysuckle was reduced to the lowest point of the whole development period.After the big white period began to increase,until the golden period,but did not reach the highest point.(3)The selected nine pesticide residues cadmium declining to 5 days remaining disappeared.In the actual production,the growers in the first half of the flowering spray disease prevention.Therefore,cadmium in the pesticide residues to the cadmium content of honeysuckle is negligible.(4)Four kinds of processing methods on the honeysuckle cadmium content did not significantly affect,which is dry in the shade,dried,drying,and sulfur smoked.Conclusion: The main influencing factors of cadmium content in honeysuckle were the soil conditions in which the growth was located,and the cadmium content of honeysuckle was better less than 1.2mg/kg.When the soil cadmiu m content reached 1.6mg/kg,honeysuckle herbs cadmium content must be exceeded.Cadmium in a certain concentration range is conducive to improve the honeysuckle in the content of chlorogenic acid.
