Comparative Study On Pharmacodynamics Of Anti-inflammation,immunity And Hepatoprotective Of Lonicera Japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae Flos In Guizhou Province

Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos were separated by the pharmacopoeia of the Republic of China in 2005.Among them,Lonicera japonica Thunb.is the dry bud or the first flower of Caprifoliaceae plant,Lonicerae flos is the dry bud or the first flower of Caprifoliaceae plant,L.macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.,L.fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng,Lonicera similis Hemsl.However,there are still some problems in the use of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos,such as non-standard clinical drugs,mixed Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos.Guizhou,as the main producing area of Lonicerae flos,is also greatly affected.However,there is no clear study on the difference of anti-inflammatory,immune and hepatoprotective effects between Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos in Guizhou.Therefore,this paper takes Lonicera japonica and Lonicera japonica L.macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.,L.fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng,Lonicera similis Hemsl.as the research objects.Through the anti-inflammatory protection of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice,liver protection of CCl₄-induced acute liver injury in rats,carbon clearance test and immune protection of spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability;it explored the differences anti-inflammatory immune and hepatoprotective effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos.,aiming at Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos reasonable development and utilization and clinical application laid the data foundation.The main researchs were as follows:The anti-inflammatory effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos were studied by xylene-induced ear swelling and anti-inflammatory experiments with swelling degree and swelling inhibition rate as indicators.The results showed that,compared with the model group,the ethanol extract and aqueous extract of the four herbs had anti-inflammatory effects.All four kinds of medicinal materials could reduce the swelling degree and had anti-inflammatory effect,but there was no significant difference between the extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos.Acute liver injury was induced by CCl₄ in rats.Malondialdehyde?MDA?,superoxide dismutase?SOD?and glutathione peroxidase?GSH-px?levels in liver tissue were measured.Serum levels of gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase??-GT?,alanine transaminase?ALT?,lactate dehydrogenase?LDH?,glutathione transaminase?AST?,albumin?ALB?and alkaline phosphoric acid?ALP?,total bilirubin?TBIL?activity,liver index and liver histopathological examination?H.E.staining?were measured.The results showed that,compared with the model group,the ethanol extract and aqueous extract of the four medicinal materials all had hepatoprotective effects,the ethanol extract and water extract of the four medicinal materials were significantly different,and there were significant differences between Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos extracts in all the indexes.The immunosuppression of mice induced by cyclophosphamide,to study the immunity effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos in vivo,the in vivo immunity test by detecting the carbon particle clearance index?K?and the phagocytic index???;the results showed that the ethanol extract and aqueous extract of the four herbs had immunological effects;compared with the model group,the phagocytosis index and carbon particle clearance index of each drug group were increased,and the phagocytic index had significantly difference.Among the phagocytic index indexes;the phagocytosis index and carbon clearance index of Lonicera japonica Thunb.extract were the highest,and the immune enhancement effect of Lonicera japonica Thunb.was superior to Lonicerae flos.The immunological value added effect of spleen lymphocytes in vitro was observed by ConA,the in vitro immunity test by detecting the OD value;the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes increased with a certain concentration range?7.81-62.50?g/mL?,the aqueous extract and ethanol extract of the four herbs can reverse and repair obviously the immune functions of the immunosuppressed mice and promote obviously the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes of mice in vitro.ConA had the effect of promoting the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in combination with the extract of four kinds of medicinal materials.The ethanol extract and aqueous extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos?L.macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.,L.fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng,Lonicera similis Hemsl.?have anti-inflammatory,immune and hepatoprotective effects in vivo and induce proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in vitro.In that anti-inflammatory effect,there were no significant differences between the extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos;in that hepatoprotective effect,there were significant differences between the extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos in all indexes;in that immunity effect in vivo,among the phagocytic index index,there was a significant difference between the extracts of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Lonicerae flos,the phagocytosis index and carbon clearance index of Lonicera japonica Thunb.extract was the highest,and the immune enhancement effect of Lonicera japonica Thunb.was superior to Lonicerae flos.
