| Objective: 151 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients medical records were retrospectively analyzed,and preliminary discussion on the metabolic index and bone mineral density levels correlated with syndrome of TCM syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Preliminary analysis on the course of the disease,age,glycosylated hemoglobin,C peptide,BMI,and each part of the bone metabolism index and the correlation of bone mineral density,and the type of syndrome and bone metabolism index and bone mineral density of each part.For the TCM clinical treatment of diabetic osteoporosis to provide the reference.Methods: To collect information,using statistical methods to collect data to carry on the analysis,the various indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes and the correlation of each part of the bone metabolism index and bone mineral density,and the type of syndrome and the correlation of the indexes.All data are practical SPSS 22.0 statistical software analysis.Results:1.Each certificate of average age is as follows: spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group < both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group < vein blood stasis syndrome group,the oldest vein blood stasis syndrome group.Three card type gender distribution,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group: female > male;Two of Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group: female > male;Blood stasis vein group: female >male.Average duration of comparison for the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group < both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group < vein blood stasis syndrome group.2.Found in the statistical analysis of the bone metabolism index,each card type betacompared to β-CTX average: the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group < card of both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group < vein blood stasis syndrome group.25 and vit levels as follows: the distribution of the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group <vein blood stasis syndrome group < both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group.3.Found that in the statistical analysis of bone mineral density index of three groups of Fem Neck bone mineral density values for vein blood stasis syndrome group of syndrome < both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome group < the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group.Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group(the highest density,vein blood stasis syndrome group the lowest bone mineral density values.4.Fem Neck,troch,Wards Tri,L3,and negatively correlated with age,L2-4 lumbar Z values were positively correlated with age.Fem Neck bone mineral density values and negatively correlated with course of the disease,the femoral neck z,z T troch,lumbar spine,lumbar spine,L2,L3 and L4,L2-4 are positively correlated with BMI.Femoral neck z,Fem Neck,troch,T Wards Tri lumbar spine and negatively correlated with glycosylated hemoglobin levels.Femoral neck z,Fem Neck,troch,Wards Tri lumbar T and C peptide were positively correlation.5.PTH,PINP and negatively correlated with c-peptide levels,25 to vit,beta β-CTX and C peptide were positively correlated.Glycated hemoglobin levels and PTH,PINP were positively correlated,and 25 to vit,beta negatively correlated with β-CTX.Conclusion:Type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients early in the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group is given priority to,later period to Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis vein group group is given priority to.Beta 2 vein,blood stasis syndrome group group-the highest level of β-CTX,suggesting blood stasis context of syndrome group bone destruction,the most active.3.Low weight,poor blood sugar control,islet function is to reduce risk factors of diabetic osteoporosis.Therefore,in clinical,good control of blood sugar,pay attention to protection of islet function,is advantageous to the prevention of osteoporosis,at the same time,should be more attention to the prevention of underweight patients. |
