| Objective:To discuss the correlation of between microalbuminuria and bone miner-al density and bone metabolic markers in patients with type 2 diabetes,the detection of bone metabolic markers whether is helpful to find abnormal bone mass in early dia-betic nephropathy.To intervene early,prevent osteoporosis.Methods:Choosing 187 cases of patients(89 menopause females,98 males)with type 2 diabetes admitted in endocrinology of the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university from February 2016 to October 2017.According to microalbuminuria/creatinine(ACR),the menopause females were divided into two groups(group A includes 56 cases of normal microalbuminuria of type 2 diabetes,group B includes 33 cases of abnormal microalbuminuria of of type 2 diabetes),and the males was also divided into two groups(group C includes 60 cases of normal microalbuminuria of type 2 diabetes,group D includes 38 cases of abnormal microalbuminuria of type 2 diabetes).Making a contrastive analysis based on different periods of ACR between menopause females and males in aspects of blood biochemical indexes,bone mineral density and bone metabolic markers.Results:1.The comparison between group A and group B of menopause females,including 25-OHVD,PTH,BGP,PCT,T value difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Related analysis of group B showed that 25-OHVD and HbAlc were negatively correlated(r = 0.408,P = 0.408),BGP and HbAlc were negatively correlated(r = 0.326,P = 0.326).3.The comparison between group C and group D of males.25-OHVD in D group was obviously lower than that in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Related analysis of group D showed that BGP and HbA1c were negatively correlated(r = 0.396,P = 0.396).Conclusion:1.There was no obvious change in bone mineral density when menopause females and males respectively with type 2 diabetes have abnormal microalbuminuria.2.Bone metabolic markers were more sensitive than bone mineral density,and could reflect the change of bone metabolism in early diabetic nephropathy.what’s more,25-(OH)VD could be used as a predictive index in patients with diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis.3.The poor glucose control could Promote the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. |
