Clinical Observation Of TiaoJingSanHao For Treatment Of Less Menstruation Of Blood Deficiency And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:Observation of TiaoJingSanHao treatment of blood deficiency kidney deficiency menstruation less clinical efficacy.Methods:All cases of this study are from September 2015 to November 2016 in the treatment of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of gynecological clinic patients,60 patients with blood deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group of 30 patients,give Liu Ruifen teacher experience side TiaoJingSanHao treatment;control group of 30 patients,oral WuJiBaiFengWan treatment.Are in non-menstrual period,menstrual stop taking.One menstrual cycle for a course of treatment,a total of three courses.The changes of sex hormones and endometrial thickness were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of blood pressure,color,quality and related symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Clinical total effect:The total effective rate was 83.3% in the test group and 60% in the control group,the experimental group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P <0.05?;2.Symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,indicating that TiaoJingSanHao and WuJiBaiFengWan had improved effect on the patients' meridian,meridian,meridian and related concomitant symptoms.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment?P <0.05?,indicating that the improvement of the test group is better than the control group;3.Endometrial thickness: the test group and the control group after treatment of endometrial thickening,the two groups after treatment of endometrial thickness were compared,the difference was statistically significant?P <0.05?,indicating that the test group uterus The improvement of endometrium was better than that of the control group.4.Sex hormone levels: After treatment,E₂ was increased,while FSH,LH,PRL,T and P had no obvious change.There was no significant change in sex hormone level before and after treatment in the control group?P> 0.05?.Conclusion: TiaoJingSanHao treatment of blood deficiency kidney deficiency menstrual less effective,can improve the thickness of the endometrium,mildly elevated follicle E₂ level,and FSH,LH,PRL,T,P no significant effect.
