Objective:Investigation of induced abortion patients who were examined or operated in three hospitals in Yunnan Province to understand the status of PTSD.And to evaluate the coping style and anxiety, depression.The purpose is to analyze the psychological status and the coping style after artificial abortion.To investigate the status of PTSD in patients with induced abortion and its related influencing factors.In order to reduce the rate of abortion,reduce the incidence of abortion in patients with the development of PTSD, to provide theoretical basis and countermeasures for the care service after induced abortion.Methods:First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital (Danxia Hospital District) and Kunming South Hospital, three hospitals gynecological clinic as the research site, from June 2016 to March 2017 the time period Volunteer to the above three hospitals gynecological clinic for review(surgery a month later) or surgery (there have been history of abortion in two years)as a study of the flow of patients. Using self-made questionnaire and scale to investigate.(1)Social demographic characteristics of induced abortion;(age, marital status, ethnicity, occupation, etc.) (2)Birth history; (3) The history of sexual life; (4)History of abortion and causes of abortion; (5) Sexual behavior, attitudes towards abortion; (6)Induced abortion related psychology, needs and behavior.The criteria included the post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale (PCL-C) to assess PTSD status and simple coping style scale (SCSQ) assessment of coping style, hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) assessment of anxiety, depression. Data entry using Epidata3.1 data double entry, using SPSS 17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 180 people in this survey, excluding incomplete fill, logical error questionnaire, the effective questionnaires is 159, with a pass rate of 88.3%.The average age was (27.50 ± 6.25) years old,The youngest is 15 years old,the maximum age was 46 years old, The majority of people over 25 years old (65.4%), mostly married (66%); most of the first sexual behavior age of 20 to 24 years old, a total of 86 (54.1%), the majority of patients for the first pregnancy, a total of 64 (40.3%), and most of them had no children (88.3%). There were 79 cases (49.7%) in the history of abortion. The number of sexual partners in the majority of abortion patients is one(61% ) .There were 25 patients (15.7%) who were positive for PTSD positive patients with different psychological status. 70 (44%) were positive for depression,and 86 (54.1%) were positive for anxiety. The results showed that life satisfaction,trauma history,family economic status and detection rate of anxiety were the independent variables. The results showed that: life satisfaction, trauma history,family economic status and detection rate of anxiety were the same as the variables,age, marital status, monthly income, occupational status and educational level. PTSD had a positive effect (P <0.05), and there was a negative effect on PTSD (P <0.05)Conclusions:Induced abortion population is low,the proportion of unmarried women is high,repeated high induced abortion rate and short time interval. The psychological problems of the patients with abortion are prevalent, Whether induced abortion increases the risk of PTSD is inconclusive.
