Private hospitals have developed rapidly in recent years,but at the same time there is a great gap compared with public hospitals.As the important supplement of the medical industry,private hospitals are expected to grow rapidly by all sectors of society.But health professional of private hospitals have high levels of liquidity and being weak in technology.Hence human resources have become one of the bottlenecks of the development of private hospitals.Under limited conditions,to give full play to the important function of the private hospitals in medical reform,it is necessary to establish the effective incentive system,solve the problems of employees' low activity and physician mobility.This article took interviews and questionnaires of working conditions,training and development,rewards and interpersonal relationships in job satisfaction of medical personnel in D group hospital using case analysis method,to find out the existing problems and the reasons in incentive mechanism of medical personnel in D group hospital.Combing with relevant theory and the actual conditions of enterprises,this article constructed the incentive model of this hospital,and elaborated corresponding improving measures from the principal factors,such as salary system,performance appraisal system,personnel training plan and welfare system.This article carried out job evaluation for medical personnel in D group hospital,and formulated salary system that conformed to D group hospital,and broke the situation of “grading based on professional title,salary based on seniority” in D group hospital,at the same time built Performance Appraisal System which was scientific and had the correct value guidance,and built personnel training plan that was good for the long-term sustainable development of hospital,in order to promote the job satisfaction of medical personnel,and improve the effect of incentive.Consequently,we can attract talent,retain talent and promote the comprehensive strength of hospital.This article can provide reference or practical guidance for incentive mechanism building of other private hospitals.
