The Clinical Observation Of Chushi Xiaoban Granule Treated The Patients Of Shireyuzustasis Of Allergicpurpura Nephritisritis

objective: The purpose of this article was to understand the clinical curative effect and safety of Chushi Xiaoban Granule on the patients with Allergic purpura nephritis.Methods: The 60 cases meeting the inclusion criteriaclinical manifestation of Shire Yuzu in patients with Allergic purpura nephritis were taken as models,and then divided into treatment and Control group with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional and Symptomatic therapy,the treatment group was given Chushi Xiaoban Granule,and control group given Tripterygium wilfordii tablets.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Blood routine,urine routine,24-hour urine protein,liver function,renal function,vascular endothelial growth factor and TCM syndrome integral therapeutic were observed and the clinical curative effect and safety of both groups included.Results: The total effctive rate of treatment group with Chushi Xiaoban Granule given the patients Of Shire Yuzu of Allergic purpura nephritis was 93.33% and the control group was 70%,and the effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.01.In TCM syndrome integral therapeutic and the urine red blood cell count,the treatment group and control group were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P < 0.01),but the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05);In 24-hour urine protein and the platelet count,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);In vascular endothelial growth factor,the treatment group and control group were also lower after treatment than those before treatment(P <0.05),but the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);besides,the abnormal liver and renal function and write blood cell counts in the two groups did not appear.Conclusion:1.Chushi Xiaoban Granule in the treatment of Allergic purpura nephritis with Shire Yuzu have curative effect,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.The Chushi Xiaoban Granule can improve patients laboratorial index,and can reduce more 24-hour urine protein?urinered blood cell count?platelet count and vascular endothelial growth factor...
