| Purpose：By observing self xiaoban renal complex decoction in thetreatment of toxic heat elimination the curative effect of complex typeallergic purpura nephritis,in order to further affirmation of traditionalChinese medicine treatment of allergic purpura nephritis have obviousadvantages to provide adequate basis.Methods：From2013March-2014year in March in HeilongjiangProvince Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences wards of Department ofnephropathy diagnosis of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis in childrenwith traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the inclusioncriteria, a total of56cases. In accordance with the treatment time wererandomly divided into control group and treatment group with28cases ineach group, the control group was given conventional treatment, thetreatment group were treated on the basis of routine treatment XiaobanShenfu Decoction, treatment time was8weeks, at the end of the eighthweek compared two groups of patients with syndrome of traditionalChinese medicine and laboratory indexes of different.Results：1.The treatment group and the control group the totaleffective rate was89.29%and78.57%, the treatment group than thecontrol group;2.In traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and laboratoryindex improvement were significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05), there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusions:1. Xiaoban renal complex decoction has remarkablecurative effect on the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine toimprove blood heat injuring collaterals of Henoch Schonlein purpuranephritis in children.2. Xiaoban Shenfu decoction can significantly reduceblood heat injuring collaterals of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis inchildren urine protein, urine red blood cells and24hour urinary protein,urinary β2microglobulin also significantly improved. |
