The Clinical Observation Of Four-dimensional Lumbar Traction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Purpose:Observed the clinical efficacy of four-dimensional lumbar traction using on the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion.Method:This research selected 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation accord with the inclusion criteria, from the Junan hospital of Changchun between December 2013 and December 2014, This research used the comparison of the randomized, controlled, and standardized clinical research methods. The 70 patients were divided into the treatment group or the control group randomly. The treatment group:The patients were treated by the four-dimensional lumbar therapeutic only. And they would be followed up 6 months; The control group: The patients were treated by the pure traction treatment only. And they also would be followed up 6 months. Then, we observed the clinical symptoms and signs of change of all. At last, we analyzed the results with statistical methods. We would judge the results, include the clinical curative effects and their relevance on curative effect of the change of the parameter indexes.Result:The treatment group:15 patients were cured, the cure rate was 42.9%;10 patients were explicit effectived, the explicit efficiency was 28.6%; 9 patients were effectived, the effective rate was 25.7%; 1 patient was invalid, the invalid rate was 2.9%; The total effective rate was 97.1%. The control group:1 patients was cured, the cure rate was 2.9%; 10 patients were explicit effectived, the explicit efficiency was 28.6%; 15 patients were effectived, the effective rate was 42.9%; 9 patient were invalid, the invalid rate was 25.7%. The total effective rate was 74.3%. The results indicated that it was much better in the treatment group than the control group on the total effective rate and the long-term effect (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with the four-dimensional lumbar therapeutic apparatus was reliable. The two treatments were both effective of lumbar disc herniation through the clinical observation. But the curative effect was much better of the treatment group than the control group. Above all the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by the four-dimensional lumbar traction was worth promoting widerly.
