A Clincal Study On Acupotomy To Treat Shoulder-hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:To observe the effects of acupotomy and acupuncture on pain,upper limb movement function and edema degree in patients with after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage ?,? patients.To explore the therapeutic effect of acupotomy on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke for provides a quick and effective treatment for clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients with after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage ?,? patients were divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases)according to the simple and randomized method.Both groups received basic drug therapy and functional exercise.Were given to the treatment group neck,shoulder and upper arm,patients with extensor and flexor muscle acupotomy treatment.The control group was given acupuncture treatment of scalp and body,Before treatment,on day 1 after treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,after 4courses of treatment and 1 month after treatment perform VAS score,FMA score and swelling score,In the course of treatment after the shoulder-hand syndrome comprehensive evaluation.Result:1.Before and after treatment,gender,age,etiology,duration of disease and other general conditions and VAS score,FMA score and swelling score by the relevant statistical test,the difference was not statistically significant(P(29)05.0).2.After the first day of treatment,acupotomy treatment of pain improved significantly better than acupuncture treatment,by statistical examination P(27)05.0,the two groups were statistically significant,Indicating that acupotomy treatment of shoulder pain after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome improved with immediate effect,and the effect is significant.3.After 4 courses of treatment,both groups were effective in reducing the VAS and swelling scores of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and significantly increased the FMA score,comparison within each group P(27)01.0,comparison between the two groups P(27)05.0,indicating that acupotomy treatment and acupuncture treatment can improve the pain after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome edema and upper limb movement disorders,and acupotomy treatment is better than acupuncture treatment.4.4 months after treatment and 1 month after treatment make VAS score,FMA score and swelling score were compared within each group,P(29)05.0 no statistical difference,indicating that acupotomy treatment and acupuncture treatment of stroke after shoulder-hand syndrome long-term efficacy is stable,no repeat.5.The overall efficiency of the two groups was compared:The treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%,recovery rate is 13.33%;The control group total effective rate was 83.33%,recovery rate is 6.67%.By rank sum test,PZ,(27)(28)(28)01.00067.0342.18.Indicating that the significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupotomy and acupuncture therapy can improve the limb pain,edema symptoms,improve limb motor function after after stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.2.Acupotomy treatment of stroke after shoulder-hand syndrome pain symptoms have significant immediate effect.
