Retrospective Analysis Of The Spectrum And Law Of Disease About Injury Patients On The Basis Of Intensity After The Earthquake

Background China is one of the most earthquake-prone countries,since the 20 th century,a total of more than 6 magnitude earthquake nearly 800 times.Wenchuan earthquake intensity up to 11 degrees,Yushu and Lushan seismic intensity were 9degrees.Formerly,a lot of scholars in all previous injury spectrum after the earthquake and its a lot of work on change rule,but such studies mostly confined the differences to the same earthquake or different between injury spectrum analysis.By comparison,this study chose to look at the regularity of same time under different intensity areas and the same intensity in Wenchuan,Yushu,Lushan earthquake wounded injuries in different parts of the spectrum characteristics,in-depth studies are more objectively and directly reflects the intensity of the different impact of the factors on the wounded injuries.And through the comparison of three related summarized medical relief work experience.Research purposes To carry out retrospective comparative analysis of the injury spectrum of casualties in four zones with different intensity after Wenchuan earthquake and the same intensity in Wenchuan,Lushan and Yushu earthquakes.To explore the injury types and characteristics of distribution around intensity after the earthquake,so as to provide some references for the scheme of medical aid allocation and summarize the medical rescue work experience.Methods The whole project is divided into two parts.(1)the first part,according to the seismic intensity map issued by the authority,choose 8 to 11 in the Wenchuan earthquake four eight areas such as intensity of mianyang,deyang city,day by day to collect the above two weeks seismic damage cases of relevant information,the earthquakerelated cases refers to the direct or indirect role in patients caused by the human body,such as building collapse caused by fractures,the surface damage caused by fall and traffic accidents,the digestive tract infection caused by water pollution and so on.(2)the second part,respectively,lushan earthquake and Yushu earthquake of Tianquan,Jiegu related cases in seven areas such as information,with the first part of the collected 8,9 degrees of Wenchuan area comparative study case mix together,this is mainly for external injury and wound data.Collection content mainly includes two parts: the earthquake patients gender,age,injury time,place,cause and diagnosis,etc.Results(1)Collect the area of Wenchuan earthquake injury cases related information,a total of 5790(70.5%)of 4080 cases of hospitalized patients accounted day by day within two weeks.The ratio of external injury and wound in the four zones with different intensity in the previous 3 days after the earthquake is more than 90%.The ratio of chest and abdominal injury significantly increased while the lower extremity injuries significantly decreased with the increase of earthquake intensity.Comparison of intensity in various zones shows statistical significance(P<0.01).One week after the earthquake,the ratio of respiratory infections began to increase sharply,and it stabilized about two weeks later,and the ratio is as high as 50.1% to 72.2%.The ratio of skin diseases in zones with intensity ? and ? is about one time higher than that of zones with intensity ? and ?.There's not much difference between acute gastroenteritis and patients of other classes in zones with different intensity in two weeks.(2)Collected the area of yushu(318)and lushan(586)earthquake injury cases related information,a total of 750(74.7%)of 4080 cases of hospitalized patients.A total of 3258 cases corresponding to the intensity of Wenchuan area 2254 cases.Under the same intensity,the proportion of Yushu earthquake patients at soft tissue injury,the spine,pelvis fracture is more than the earthquake of wenchuan and Lushan.And the ratio of lower limb fractures,crush syndrome and internal multiple injuries is lower.Crush syndrome,lower limb fracture,amputation,the incidence of multiple organ failure at Wenchuan earthquake is more than Lushan andYushu.Crash injury and buried injury in Lushan earthquake patients decreased significantly,high falling injury and falling injury is relatively more.Critical injury patients in Lushan earthquake were lower than Wenchuan and Yushu.Conclusion Earthquake and its secondary disasters caused casualties have complex injury type,quantity is larger,the injury and illness change the characteristics of fast and high fatality rate.On the ground and building damage during the earthquake will be have a significant impact on the injury mechanism of the wounded.Earthquake injury spectrum is varies with seismic intensity.We are fully recognized that China's earthquake medical assistance improve the overall level at present,but there are many aspects to be enhanced.The Wenchuan earthquake medical assistance perfecting for the subsequent Lushan and Yushu post-disaster relief provided valuable experience.To carry out retrospective comparative analysis of the injury spectrum of casualties in four zones with different intensity after Wenchuan earthquake and the same intensity in Wenchuan,Lushan and Yushu earthquakes.To explore the injury types and characteristics of distribution around intensity after the earthquake,so as to provide some references for the scheme of medical aid allocation.
