About 91.3 percent patients were sent to the hospital between May 19 and May 21. The wounded were mainly admitted into the departments of orthopedics(50,54.34%) and trauma. The time which was spent on healing the amputation wound was 29.67 days with Negative pressure wound therapy and 33.00 days with conventional therapy. The time which was spent on the large wound needed skin grafting was 16.5 days to prepare and 33.62 days to heal with Negative pressure wound therapy, and 20.75 days to prepare and 48 days to heal with conventional therapy. Conclusion :The patients were sent to hospital with apparent clustering, so the rear hospital should prepare to distribute and triage the patients in advance. The vast majority of earthquake damages were orthopedic wounded.
