Research On Community Health Service System

The community health service system is a significant part of China's health care system. Since 2006, China's health service development process, the community health services in its unique convenient, safe, inexpensive, plays an important role in common diseases and chronic conditions and other fields. Especially in a new round of medical and health system reform, and improve the basic medical and health service system as one of the five key tasks, the city community health service institutions and the rural towns and townships, the village clinic is the most close to the grassroots medical service provider of the people, build and perfect the community health service system will eventually affects the reform and the direction of the results. In this paper, Nan gang District Community Health Service Center as research objects, theory and practice, supporting from the establishment of community health service system in the process of policy , institutional settings, infrastructure, qualified personnel,service and operational effectiveness in all its aspects from the construction of community health service system proceed analysis to explore the existence of the current community health service system building problem and the main factors that hinder the construction of community health service system.Around the "government led, sector with the" purpose, based on the grassroots level, open problems and contradictions, to seek development opportunities, health management and health care will be combined, thecommunity health and health industry integration, combined with the system construction and the development of people's livelihood, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures..
