Research On The Development Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Community Health Service Center In Chongqing City

Objectives:Through the comparative analysis of the development status of the community health service center of Chongqing social organization and the government organization of community health service center,the author finds out the difference in service guarantee conditions and service capacity and the reasons for the difference,and discusses the development direction and strategy of the community health service center of Chongqing social organization.To guide the social forces to participate in the development of community health services,improve the comprehensive capacity of community health service centre,improve the urban community health service system for reference and suggestions.Methods:In the five urban functional core areas of Chongqing city,each district randomly selected one community health service center and one government community health service center as the research object.Through the sample community health service center questionnaire survey,the relevant leadership,sample community health service center leader interview,expert consultation and other methods to collect data and data.Using Excel 2007 and SPSS 22.0 software,data processing and T-test,card square test,statistical description and analysis of composition ratio,WRSR was used for comprehensive evaluation and analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two types of community health service centers in which the basic conditions were tested by Student's t test alpha=0.05 and H0 was not rejected.There is no significant difference between the basic conditions of the community health service centre operated by the community and those operated by the Government.2.There is no significant difference in the number of medical staff in the two types of community health service centre;There were significant differences in the card test of general practitioner and community nurse.3.In the community basic public health services,there was no significant difference between the two types of community health service center service running project T test;However,there are significant differences in the post-partum visit rate,child system management rate,hypertension standard management rate and diabetes standard management rate(?~2=12.791,P<0.05;?~2=17.211,P<0.05;?~2=8.715,P<0.05;?~2=16.061,P<0.05).4.In 2016-2017,compared with 2016-2017,the basic medical services of community health service centers were better than those of government.5.Weighted rank and score level result,social organization community health service center 2 high-end,2 middle,1 low;The government runs three middle and two low level community health service centers.Conclusion:The qualified rate of community nurse training and the implementation of some public health services were not as good as those of the community health service center.However,there is no significant difference between the government and the community health service centers in terms of service guarantee conditions and public health service.We should pay attention to the continuous education of personnel,improve the training mechanism and improve the quality of personnel.Adhering to the public welfare nature of public health services and promoting the coordinated development of public health services and basic medical services;Improve service quality.
