With the continuous development and progress of our society,the public's demand for medical service environment has been continuously improved,and the ability of medical staff to provide medical services is a severe test.Frontline staff and medical staff as a direct contact with and communicate,facing more and more pressure on the occupation,occupation pressure high strength will inevitably bring about the high intensity of emotional labor in the exchange and communication between the two sides in the process of frequent.Emotional labor as a form of labor,positive aspects can promote the harmony between the two sides of the hidden danger;the negative effects of emotional labor will lead to disharmony between the doctor-patient relationship,and even lead to conflicts between doctors and patients.Therefore,the hospital should pay attention to the management of emotional labor strategy in the actual management process.In this study,based on the emotional labor causal model of Grandey,combined with the research results of organizational behavior and public health services,this paper conducts a case study on emotional labor of medical staff in Z central hospital.Study on the Z central hospital medical staff emotional labor structure is divided into "surface acting strategy" and "deep acting strategy" and "true emotion strategy" three dimensions;antecedents mainly focus on the measurement of individual factors and environmental variables;the variable is mainly caused by the medical staff to carry out emotional labor strategy after the results.The main results are divided into positive and negative results in two categories,mainly is the measurement of the individual results and performance.A cluster random sampling method was used to select 200 medical staff in Z central hospital to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of emotional health.From research to improve medical staff emotion perception ability and strategy ability,improve and optimize hospital management and guidance system and the current mood to optimize social environment and other aspects of patient specific path to enhance the emotional management ability of medical staff Z central hospital.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of emotional labor on the professional work,the relationship between doctors and patients and the life of doctors and nurses,so as to promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
