Investigation And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Health Behavior In Young And Middle-aged With Coronary Health Disease

ObjectiveTo investigate the level of health behavior,the level of health belief and the level of social support of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients,to explore the influencing factors of health behavior and the relationship between the health behavior and the health belief,the relationship between the health behavior and the social support,to provide theoretical basis for the government and health workers for improving the health status of the young and middle-aged with coronary health disease patients.MethodsThis research was conducted by using the method of cross-sectional survey.Totally 320 patients of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients were investigated,They were investigated by general information questionnaire,Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile?(HPLP?),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Health Belief Questionnaire for patients with CHD.The data was analyzed by using the software EpiData 3.0 and using Social Science(SPSS)22.0 software,Univariate analysis was performed by t-test and single factor variance.The multivariate analysis was adopted by multiple regression analysis.The related factors were analyzed by the method of Pearson correlation analysis.Results1.The health behavior among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patientsThe total score of health behavior of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients was130.32±24.24,the mean score of health behavior was 2.51±0.47.The level of 48.7% health behavior p was general or worse,and that of 48.4% was good,only 2.9% was excellent.The scores of each dimension in descending order were: interpersonal relation(2.83±0.54),spiritual growth(2.77±0.68),stress management(2.68±0.65),nutrition(2.37±0.47),sport(2.33±0.53)and health responsibility(2.27±0.47).2.The univariate analysis of health behavior among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patientsDifferent arriage state,course of disease,average personal monthly household income.The three actors respectively in health behavior score difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health behavior of the young and middle-aged who had spouse were higher than those who didn't,the scores of health behavior of the young and middle-aged had statistically significant difference between different burden of economy,the scores of health behavior of the young and middle-aged who had longer course of disease higher than those who didn't.3.The multiple stepwise regression analysis on influencing factors of health behavior among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patientsThe influencing factors of health behavior among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients were marital status,course of disease,culture degree,health belief,cues to action and social support.They were major influencing factors of health behavior,which could explain 51.3% percent of the variance.4.The health belief among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patientsThe mean score of health belief of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients was3.50±0.93.The scores of each dimension in descending order were: cues to action(3.86±0.81),perceived benefits(3.73±1.19),perceived barriers(2.82±0.96),perceived susceptibility(2.76±1.11),perceived seriousness(2.39±0.72).5.The social support among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patientsThe mean score of social support among the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients was 4.19±0.54.The scores of each dimension indescending order were: subject support(5.17±0.97),objective support(4.40±0.96),social support utilization(2.80±0.61).The subject support scores were only higher than the national norm.6.The correlation analysis between health behavior and health belief,the correlation analysis between health behavior and social supportThe analysis results showed that there existed a significant positive correlation between health behavior of the patients and their health belief(P<0.05).The correlation scores were0.117~0.811.There existed a significant positive correlation between health behavior of the patients and their social support(P<0.01).The correlation scores were 0.051~0.732.Conclusions1.The health behavior of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients is poor.The level of health behavioris is to be improved.The problem of health responsibility is serious.2.The influencing factors health behavior of the young and middle-aged coronary health disease patients are marital status,course of disease,culture degree,health belief,cues to action and social support.3.There exist a significant positive correlation between health behavior of the patients and their health belief as well as health behaviors and social support.
