ObjectiveThe research aims to analyze the availability and security of Plasma Dialysis Filtration in the patients with liver failure through the retrospectively analysis of clinical data.MethodsThe objects are the 59 patients with liver failure treated in Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from April 2015 to February 2017,Their liver function, coagulation and electrolyte before and after the treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration are analyzed through statistic analysis, what's more, the survival of all patients is recorded after they discharged from hospital for 12 weeks,24 weeks, and 48 weeks.Results1.When comparing liver function before and after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration, the value were improved: ALT(u/l)114.68(211.68)vs 56.16(86.02)(P<0.001),AST(u/l)111.32(141.3)vs 56.94(58.2)(P<0.001),TBIL(umol/l)338.55(171.29)vs 198.94(108.91)(P<0.001),ALB(g/l)31.37±3.79 vs 28.88±2.25(P<0.001),GLB(g/L)25.75(6.76)vs 26.84(5.08)(P<0.05).2.When comparing coagulation before and after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration,The value of PTA(%)(43.1(30.1)vs 50.05(25.4))significantly increased after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration(P<0.001)and PT(sec)(17.2(7.9)vs 16.35(3.9))significantly reduced after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration(P<0.001).3.When comparing electrolyte before and after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration,The value of Na+(134.92(4.24)vs 141.54(4.73))increase after treatment by Plasma Dialysis Filtration(P<0.001).The differences in K+(3.8(0.76)vs 3.8(0.51))after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The overall survival rate of liver failure was 71.2% at 12 weeks after discharged(Follow-up of 52 cases,37 cases survived). The survival rate of patients with early liver failure was 76.3%,the survival rate of patients with intermediate liver failure was 73%,and the survival rate of patients with advanced liver failure was 0%.The overall survival rate of liver failure was 66.7% at 24 weeks after discharged(Follow-up of 45 cases,30 cases survived). The survival rate of patients with early liver failure was 71%,the survival rate of patients with intermediate liver failure was 73%,and the survival rate of patients with advanced liver failure was 0%.The overall survival rate of liver failure was 46.4% at 48 weeks after discharged(Follow-up of 28 cases,13 cases survived). The survival rate of patients with early liver failure was 50%,the survival rate of patients with intermediate liver failure was 57.1%,and the survival rate of patients with advanced liver failure was 0%.ConclusionThe Plasma Dialysis Filtration is a safe and effective supportive treatment in the comprehensive treatment of patients with severe hepatitis, which can effectively clear the bilirubin and other toxic substances in the blood, correct water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders, and Greatly reduce the amount of plasma, improve the survival rate of patients with severe hepatitis, and fairly suit to be wide used in clinical.
