| Objective:Research and development the real time quality control system for electronic nursing documents to realize the automatic monitoring of the timeliness of electronic nursing documents,connotative quality based on the quality control system of manual monitoring and realize real time feedback,storage,statistics and analysis of monitoring results,improve quality control efficiency,control method and quality management level.At the same time,the quality control index system of electronic nursing documents was constructed,which could provide an objective and scientific basis for the examination of electronic nursing documents and quantitative evaluation of the quality of electronic nursing documents.Methods:This study is divided into two parts.The first part: Study on quality control index system of electronic nursing documents.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,books and expert interviews,the quality control index system of electronic nursing documents was initially developed.Initially developed the quality control index system of electronic nursing documents,2 experts from the hospital management,nursing management and clinical nursing experts were consulted by Delphi method,statistical analysis of consulting data using Excle2003 and SPSS17.0 software,to follow the index screening assignment not less than 3.5 and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.25 and the principle of expert advice.The establishment of the index weight is based on the results of expert scoring and then a comprehensive evaluation of the indicators,the experts discussed the final determination.By means of frequency and composition ratio,the general data of experts are described;using the questionnaire recovery rate(%)the authority coefficient to determine the enthusiasm and authority of the experts,the coordination degree of expert opinion is expressed by the coefficient of variation and Kendall(Kendall)coordinationcoefficient.Through the above indicators to test the quality and reliability of the index system constructed by Delphi method.The second part: Realization of the real time quality control system for electronic nursing documents.In the early stage of the research,the function modules of the system have been determined by Delphi method,the purpose of this study is to determine the function of the system modules by the expert interviews and realize the programming of the quality control system.As a communication bridge between the nursing expert and the software engineer,the researcher provides the software engineer with the content of the system function module and assists the software engineer to develop the system program.After the completion of the system development,the organization is in the clinical trial operation,the operation of the process continuous collection of system application feedback recommendations,continuous optimization of system functions with PDCA cycle method.Results:(1)The quality control index system of electronic nursing documents was determined,including the first level indicators 2,two indicators of the 14,the three indicators of the 103.Two rounds of expert consultation the positive coefficients of the experts are all 100%,the authority coefficient is about 0.96 and the harmonious values of the three indexes in the 2 round of consultation results are 0.340 and 0.381,P values were less than 0.01 by chi square test.(2)Real time quality control system for electronic nursing documents initially formed,including access to medical records module,information feedback module,information feedback,control dictionary module,statistical analysis module.The system should be tested in 3 clinical departments With 3 months to collect and solve the problem of a total of 5.Conclusions:This study constructs the quality control index system of electronic nursing documents through expert interviews,Delphi method(including 2 level indicators,14 level two indexes,103 level three indexes)and electronic nursing records real-time quality control system(mainly records access module,feedback module,informationfeedback module,statistical quality control dictionary analysis module)the results provide a quantitative,objective and scientific inspection standards for quality control electronic nursing documents;can be used for real-time monitoring of electronic nursing documents quality,timely feedback on the quality control of data storage and statistical analysis,provides a powerful tool to improve inspection of electronic nursing documents quality control efficiency and the level of information management. |
