Objective:This experiment aimed at conducting professional psychological intervention among MSM high-risk groups and evaluate the efficacy of the intervention which can provide the scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control work.Methods:We Applied clinical psychology combined with epidemiological method,according to the questionnaire assessment survey results of High-risk sexual behavior and HIV/AIDS related knowledge among MSM,To carry out targeted psychological intervention.Then using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis and chi-square test for single factor analysis.Results:1.This experiment included 98 cases among MSM,intervention group and control group each is 49 cases,the minimum age is 17 years old,the biggest age is 57 years old,the average age is 25.28 ± 7.33 years old,20 to 25 years old accounts for 48.98%,in the majority with highly educated,unmarried,and the city's household registration.2.The post-test of HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness in interventional group was significantly higher than the pre-test(?2=11.50,P?0.05)and control group(?2=5.68,P?0.05),The post-test of HIV/AIDS full knowledge awareness in interventional group was significantly higher than the pre-test(?2=9.25,P?0.05)and control group(?2=8.08,P?0.05),while there is no significant difference between pre-test and post-test in control group3.The post-test of adopting safe sex in interventional group was significantly higher than the pre-test(?2=40.04,P?0.05)and control group(?2=52.99,P?0.05),especially the post-test of No anal sex / oral sex behavior happens in interventional group was significantly higher than the control group(?2=24.33,P?0.05),while there is no significant difference between pre-test and post-test in control group.4.After the experiment,the interventional group was detected/confirmed 8 cases of HIV antibody positive,positive rate was 19.51%(8/41);The control group were detected/confirmed 5,positive rate was 14.71%(5/34).5.The sexual partner number of post-test was reduced than pre-test in both interventional group and control group,of which the MSM number of block that sexual partner number was less than or equal to 1 in post-test was significantly higher than pretest.(?2=13.2,P?0.05)Conclusion:1.The demographic characteristics of this experimental objects highly conform to local MSM AIDS epidemic characteristic,young,unmarried and highly educated,which need to be carried out related intervention as soon as possible.2.The real HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness among MSM population in Nanchang city is not high.Department of health should further intensify propaganda and intervention.3.Psychological intervention can effectively encourage MSM to adopt safe sex,which is helpful to reduce the spread of HIV,high-risk population intervention needs the participation of clinical psychologist.4.Psychological intervention can promote MSM population to reduce the number of sexual partner,and even affect sexual partners to strengthen the awareness of AIDS risk consciousness and detect initiatively,which is beneficial to discover and intervene the cases and control the epidemic.
