| Background:HIV/AIDS is a severe infectious disease that threatens human' s health and social economic development. The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS and World Health Organization promulgated Global Report of the HIV/AIDS Epidemic on November 21st, 2005. It shows that till 2005 the total amount of HIV/AIDS infected people is 40.3million (36.7~45.3million), and through sex is the main transmitting type account for 70%. The 2005 Update on the HIV/AIDS Epidemic and Response in China shows that new HIV cases are being transmitted primarily through sex (49.8%). Different from other infectious and un-infectious diseases, the behavior factor takes a determining role during the infection course. Nowadays, developing the sexual behavior intervention among at-risk populations is an important measure to control the prevalence while there is still no effective bacterin to prevent and control HIV/AIDS.Lacking of health knowledge and correlative protecting methods during the commercial sexual business, commercial sexy workers become the important population in behavior interrupting study.
