Objective1.To investigate the Human Immunodeficiency Virus、Syphilis and HepatitisC Virus infection rates and the factors of HIV related risk behaviors among men who have sexwith men in Yinchuan.2. Carrying out HIV high-risk behavior interventions among men who have sex withmen, comparing the changes of behaviors to evaluate the effects of interventions. Methods From Aprill to June2011,we recruited MSM in their venues though snowballsampling method. The investigation includes questionnaire survey and serologic test.Acording to the sort of venues, we give different AIDS high-risk behavior interventionscontained Peer Education Intensive classes and Internet propaganda. After six months, wecarry out the follow-up survey using the same questionnaire, the same detection method. Results Baseline Totally400MSM were recruited in the survey, the knowing rate ofaids knowledge is97.3%.In the last six months, the rate of unprotected anal intercourse is56.9%.There were statistically difference in venues(2=8.592,P=0.014)、nations(2=7.752,P=0.021) and having the HIV test(X~2=4.831,P=0.028)of the last six monthsunprotected analintercourse. Multivariate Logistic regression demonstrate that the venues(OR=0.833;95%CI0.716~0.970)and having the HIV test(OR=0.618;95%CI0.392~0.974)in the equation. The HIV infection rate is3.8%.After Intervention The rate of retention in the study was69.7%(279/400). The Changesof HIV related high-risk behavior among MSM population who take part in the activities werecompared before and after intervention. Indicators which were different after theintervention of the network crowd were unprotected anal intercourse incidence(X~2=8.781,P =0.003)、condom used rate in heterosexuality nearly six months(X~2=5.931,P=0.015)andfinding occasional sexual partner or commercial sex partner rate(X~2=6.628,P=0.010)。After the intervention, meaningful indicators of MSM who came from alcohol bar and takepart in peer education and intensive classes were unprotected anal intercourse incidence(X~2=11.371,P=0.001)、heterosexual sex incidence(X~2=13.723,P﹤0.001)and condom usedrate in heterosexuality nearly six months(X~2=8.781,P=0.003).But there were nomeaningful indicators of MSM who came from public bathhouse. AIDS incidence density was4.3per100man-year. Syphilis incidence density was7.2per100man-year. There was noMSM who was infected by Hepatitis C Virus. Conclusion In YinChuan, the HIV related high-risk behaviors were prevalence amongMSM population. The HIV incidence closed to the national level. Existing interventionsamong MSM had played a positive role in the HIV prevention. more targeted and Moresystematic interventions mode must have to been established to slowing down AIDS andsexually transmitted diseases spreading.
