| ObjectiveBased on the investigation and analysis of the health condition of climate migrant population in winter in Sanya City,the change of climate sensitive dieases and its influencing factors in the climate migrants were explored to provide suggestions for rurther research.MethodsThis study mainly adopts quantitative and qualitative methods.1.Quantitative study.Of 18 one full year of life more migrants in sanya city,the questionnaire survey to adopt single factor chi-square analysis to compare different characteristics of people's health is happening,using stepwise regression analysis,the research of the relationship between various factors and different health conditions and the different factors on the population as a whole the influence of their own health status evaluation.2.Qualitative research.A panel interview and an in-depth interview were conducted to investigate the results of a quantitative survey in a non Hainan population aged 18 years and older who had lived in Sanya for 3-6 months over a period of 2 years or more.Results1.Basic constitution of winter climate migrants in Sanya.winter weather climate migrant crowd in women,give priority to with old people in the town of retirement,the family per capita monthly income of RMB 2001-5000,the most professional leading for workers,administrative staff and teachers;The main source is northeast and northwest,from heilongjiang province,jilin province,liaoning province,67.12%and xinjiang autonomous region 11.68 percent.After emigration,it was 78.2%of the local renters and buildings,and 92.5%of residential buildings.The local climate,air quality and virescence satisfaction were higher,92.8%,93.8%and 83.98%respectively.After moving to the mood mood good,edible vegetables increased 76.4%and 55.7%,48.0%less meat,smoking and passive smoking is reduced by 37.8%24.1%less,drink,outdoor activities,increased by 68.0%;87,62%of the migrant population watched or listened to the weather forecast every day,and 69.92%of the migrant population took corresponding measures at high temperature early warning.Migrant population most attention is the major issues of medical service,85.6%of migrants have medical insurance or medical treatment safeguard,but only 25.8%of people in the local use,and 48%of people think that the local medical service quality is low.2.Health changes:through the investigation of health change summary as you can see,listed in the questionnaire of sensitive disease all have varying degrees of ease,among them,90.7%90.7%of chronic bronchitis,asthma,emphysema,arthritis,diabetes,87.7%and 87.1%88.4%85.9%85.9%,high blood pressure,high cholesterol,heart disease can reduce the proportion of 84.4%above 80%.Although a small number of other diseases were more severe,the proportion was less than 10 per cent.3.All kinds of diseases to reduce the influence factors of respiratory system diseases in the affecting factor on the changes of chronic bronchitis is moved during the field(OR = 3.99,95%CI:1.23-3.99),the change of outdoor activity(OR = 5.03,95%CI:1.16-5.03)and moved to mental state changes during(OR = 4.02,95%CI:1.08-4.02).The influence factors of asthma changes including moved to people's mental state changes(OR = 11.29,95%CI:1.87-11.29)and the outdoor sports and the change of the activity during the moving(OR = 1.05,95%CI:0.79-1.05).The main effect of the changes in emphysema was the change in mood during migration(OR= 18.28,95%CI:2.82-118.39).The affecting factor on the changes of arthritis rheumatism disease is moved to the crowd to move during the living conditions of satisfaction(OR = 0.08,95%Cl:0.02-0.08),satisfaction with the degree of climate(OR = 0.08,95%CI:0.02-0.08)and the change of the outdoor activities OR sport(OR = 12.65,95%CI:3.57-12.65).The affecting factor on the changes of metabolic diseases in diabetes mellitus including moving during the change of the people eat vegetable(OR = 10.50,95%CI:2.48-10.50)and moved to outdoor activities OR exercise during the period of change(OR?
