Clinical Research Of TCM Syndrome Distribution Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective: To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Chronic Superficial Gastritis patients. Gender, age, HP, duration of disease and syndromes of Chronic Superficial Gastritis patients were collected and sorted, which may provide the guidance and references for clinical.Method: From February 2014 to October 2015, patients diagnosed with Chronic Superficial Gastritis in BinZhou Medical University were chosen as research object.Sorted of age, gender,HP infection, duration of disease, syndrome type distribution, the patients were classified.Results:700 patients were reported, including 294 male patients (42%) and406 female patients (58%),. The male/female ratio is 21:29. Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis are majority of young people. In occupational factors,workers and staff account the largest proportion. The characteristic of distribution of predisposing factors in 700 patients of Chronic Gastritis Patients, 352 patients (50.3%) infected Hp, among these patients, the proportion of patients with moderate infection of HP is about 65%. As well as 250 patients (35.8%) were with bad mood. The shortest course of disease is 10 days and the longest is more than 30 years. The course of disease is less than half a year is 130 cases, which is 1-3 years is 246 cases,which is 3-5 years is 118 cases,which is 5-10 years is 152 cases,which is more than 10 years is 53 cases.Patients with Spleen and stomach damp syndrome were with the highest rate of HP. The syndrome of Weakness of the spleen and stomach was appeared in 522 patients (40.4%),syndrome of liver qi stagnation was appeared in 453 patients (35%), syndrome of spleen stomach damp heat was appeared in 133 patients (10.3%), stomach meridian blood stasis was appeared in 148 patients (11.5%), and syndrome of yin deficiency of stomach was appeared in 36 patients (2.8%). Of all the patients, female patients are associated with deficiency of spleen stomach and liver qi stagnation, male patients are related to the syndrome of spleen stomach damp heat and the stomach meridian blood stasis.Conclusion: The prevalence of Chronic Superficial Gastritis has no correlationship with gender. young people has high incidence rate in Chronic Superficial Gastritis Examination of Hp should be performed in every patient with Chronic Superficial Gastritis, especially in patients with syndrome of spleen stomach damp heat. And, emotional regulating should not to be ignored In the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. The methods of Spleen dampness heat and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis should be performed in male patients, and methods of soothing liver and strengthening spleen should be performed in female patients.
