Chronic Superficial Gastritis Syndrome And Its Relationship With The Characteristics Of The Relevance Of Gastric Mucosal

Objective:To investigate the Guangzhou incidence of chronic superficial gastritis factors,characteristics of the syndrome and the relevance of gastric phase,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and giving of treatment.Methods:We selected in March 2007 - March 2009 of chronic superficial gastritis patients with 500 cases,who came from the second hospital of Chinese medicine of Guangdong Province,Of which 200 cases of retrospective medical records,medical records of 300 cases of forward-looking。We carried out the disease,symptoms surveys,and record, collate the information obtained。We use statistical software analysis SPSS12.0。We analyzed the distribution characteristics of syndromes,and to observe the evidence-based and the relevance of gastric phase.Results:1,This study showed that 31-40-year-old for the high incidence of 26.40%, followed by less than 30 years of age the incidence rate of 24.80%over 60 years of age the incidence of a minimum of 10.80%.2,In this study of 500 patients,roughly equal ratio of men to women;in the syndrome distribution and comparison of gender relations,the Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat obviously men than women,the female patients of Liver-stomach disharmony than male.3,Chronic superficial gastritis with the highest incidence rates in the winter, and the syndrome in different seasons showed different characteristics,all with significant difference(P＜0.05).Spring,winter was particularly prevalent in the Liver-stomach disharmony and weakness of spleen and stomach, both the spring season total incidence of 61.62%;the winter season,both the incidence of total 61.18%.Autumn was particularly prevalent in the Liver-stomach disharmony and Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat,accounting for 63.49%of the seasonal incidence.Spleen and Stomach Damp-heat in the summer the most common disease accounting for 54.41%season.4,Chronic superficial gastritis and habits related to the incidence,eat spicy foods the highest proportion,accounting for 21.40%,The most common predisposing factor in the diet,accounting for 48.80%.5,HP infection of damp-heat in spleen and stomach and cold - heat in complexity compared to Liver-stomach disharmony and weakness of spleen and stomach there was a significant difference(pall＜0.05).Damp-heat in spleen and stomach had the highest rate of infection,accounting for 86.95%,followed by the Damp-heat in spleen and stomach＞cold - heat in complexity＞weakness of spleen and stomach＞liver-stomach disharmony＞Food stagnation.6,According to syndrome type differentiation order of probability:the Damp-heat in spleen and stomach(32.20%)＞weakness of spleen and stomach (26.80%)＞liver-stomach disharmony(24.80%)＞cold - heat in complexity (14.20%)＞Food stagnation(2.00%).7,The frequency of symptoms in more than 30 percent,followed by eructation, dry mouth,full of Stomach,insomnia,fatigue,Stomach secret anguish,pain, acid reflux,pain,weight loss signs to the main body,combined with poly type analysis showed that hospital stomach discomfort,belching,acid for chronic superficial gastritis of the common symptoms,insomnia,dry mouth,fatigue, pain is common with the disease,weight loss for the common signs.10 kinds of tongue,with thin,white,yellow,greasy moss dominated,respectively, accounting for 55.80%,42.20%,39.00%,36.80%.9 kinds of pulse,with chord-based thin slip,respectively,accounting for 47.80%,42.80%,34.20%.8,Lesion in the antrum of the cold - heat in complexity compared with the rest there was a significant difference(pall＜0.05),between the various types of chronic inflammation was no significant difference(pall＞0.05).Between various types of activity was no significant difference(pall＞0.05).Moderate and severe chronic inflammation was the highest in the damp-heat in spleen and stomach,accounting for 78.26%.Moderate and severe activity is highest in damp-heat in spleen and stomach,accounting for 73.92%.9,Erosion of the damp-heat in spleen and stomach with a detection rate of 32.29%,compared with the rest there was a significant difference(pall＜0.05). With bleeding of the weakness of spleen and stomach with a detection rate of 35.82%,compared with the rest there was a significant difference(pall＜0.05).
