Interventional Study On Horticultural Therapy In The Prevention Of Alzheimer's Disease

With the rapid development of social economy,science and technology progress and health conditions gradually improved,the global average life expectancy has been continuously improved,the aging degree is deepened,the elderly health and overall well-being by government and social concern.The old age chronic disease as a threat to the elderly physical and mental health of the killer has been the focus of national health prevention and intervention,Alzheimer's disease is a typical chronic disease,with its long incubation period,high incidence,great harm and no radical method has attracted national attention and a society.In recent years,different levels of dementia prevention work has been carried out in hospitals,welfare homes and pension institutions,but there is a lack of practice and research in the community.This research is based on the prevention of social work at the community level in Alzheimer's disease as the main research contents,taking Shenzhen M community "literary endowment"project as an example,the introduction of horticultural therapy intervention techniques,by comparing the community part with early Alzheimer's disease and cognitive impairment in the elderly before and after participating in the project development the mental state,to prove that social work service project actual effect prevention of Alzheimer's disease in the community,and to explore the applicability of horticultural therapy in the whole process of project service.This project lasted nine months,using a variety of services such as group,workshop,community education and publicity,and achieved some practical results.According to the project data collection,collation and analysis and its service in the project experience and reflection that has certain relevance of horticultural therapy at the community level in the prevention of Alzheimer's disease,which can effectively train the elderly perception ability and can effectively adjust the mental state of elderly people at the community level,also have certain advantages.At the same time,the author discussed the project implementation process of project service,gardening therapy practice problems,in order to better the social work involved in community affairs,Alzheimer's disease prevention,improve the elderly's mental health level has certain help.
