Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the status of dyslipidemia in adult population in anhui province, and to explore the influencing factors of dyslipidemia in this area.Method:Multi-stage sampling and cluster random sampling method was used, and 3160 cases were accounted for the research. The data were collected in a face-to-face manner by questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory examination. The contents include: social demographic information(age, sex, education, marital status, occupation, living area, economic status),family history of disease, current disease situation, different behavioral factors(smoking, drinking, physical activity Situation, etc.)and 24 h meal review.Epidata3.1 and SY nutrition software 2.70 were implicated to collect datas and SPSS 22.0 software was used to statistical analysis.Result:1.In the study,3160 people were investigated, including 1329 males and 1830 females, and the mean levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride were 4.82mmol/L and 1.34mmol/L,respectively.The prevalence of total dyslipidemia was 53%.The prevalence of TC was 38.7%,the edge increase of the TC was 26.3% and the rate of increase TC was 9.5%.The TG abnormality was 35.7%,the marginal rate of increase and the rate of TG was 14.8% and 18.4%,respectively.2.The prevalence of TC abnormalities and the rate of total dyslipidemia in different age, gender, educational level, marital status, occupation, monthly income, urban and rural areas, whether abdominal obesity, waist to hip ratio and waist ratio is normal,BMI,hypertension, diabetes There were significant differences between the family history of hypertension and the family history of hyperlipidemia. The mean rate of TG alone was different in age, marital status, daily intake of liquor, whether abdominal obesity, waist ratio was normal,BMI,Hypertension, stroke, diabetes, whether it has a family history of diabetes, family history of hypertension, family history of hyperlipidemia, there is a difference between the statistically significant.3.The risk factors of total dyslipidemia were urban and rural(OR=1.579,p=0.001),age(OR=1.12,p=0.001),the daily intake of white wine(OR=1.213,p=0.014),the daily intake of bear(OR=1.473,p=0.001),Diabetes mellitus(OR=1.605,p=0.000),hypertension(OR=1.457,p=0.000),family history of hyperlipidemia(OR=3.48,p=0.003),Waist-to-hip ratio(OR=1.586,p=0.000),waist ratio(OR=1.316,p=0.012)BMI(OR=1.332,p=0.000)and sodium intake(OR=1.099,p=0.028).The protective factors were Grain and Soybean Intake(OR=0.919,p=0.041).4.The risk factors of simple TG abnormal were the average daily intake of beer(OR=1.352,p=0.005),Diabetes mellitus(OR=1.995,p=0.000),hypertension(OR=1.507,p=0.000),family history of hyperlipidemia(OR=2.409,p=0.013),family history of hypertension(OR=1.253,p=0.025),waist ratio(OR=1.448,p=0.000),BMI(OR=1.401,p=0.000),The protective factors were egg intake(OR=0.854,p=0.004).5.The risk factors of simple TC abnormal were age(OR=1.198,p=0.000),sex(OR=1.753,p=0.000),urban and rural(OR=2.119,p=0.000),occupational(OR=1.17,p=0.005),the daily intake of white wine(OR=1.236,p=0.002),the daily intake of bear(OR=1.299,p=0.006),diabetes mellitus(OR=1.36,p=0.002),hypertension(OR=1.371,p=0.000),family history of hyperlipidemia(OR=3.958,p=0.000),and BMI(OR=1.254,p=0.000).The protective factors were Grain and Soybean Intake(OR=0.928,p=0.034).Conclusion:1.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in the region was at a high level, and the marginal rate was higher. We should strengthen the health management of blood lipid levels in the local population, especially the marginalized population,so early, comprehensive prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.2.Age,abdominal obesity, waist ratio,BMI,hypertension, diabetes, family history of hypertension, and family history of hyperlipidemia are risk factors for dyslipidemia. The protective factor of alone TC abnormality and total dyslipidemia is the Grain and Soybean Intake, egg intake is a protective factor of TG alone.3.There were differences in the influencing factors of dyslipidemia in different types.
