Objective: To investigate the effects and adverse reactions of bone cement on coagulation function and hemodynamics in patients of total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods: A total of 80 patients treated THA were enrolled in this retrospectively study from January 2013 to December 2016.According to the type of prosthesis used in patients,we were divided into two groups: the cemented THA group(group A,40cases)and uncemented THA group(group B,40 cases).Heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP),and the corresponding indicators of coagulation function before and after operation were recorded. The complications and adverse reactions were collected in the early postoperative stage. Results: PLT(platelet)in group A and group B was significantly lower than that before operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant increase in PT and FIB in group B than that before operation(P>0.05).There was no significant change in APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time)between the two groups before operation..Compared with TA,the MAP of TB,TC,TD and TE in group A wassignificantly lower than that in TA(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant change in MAP in group B(P> 0.05).Compared with TA,the HR of TB,TC,TD and TE in group A was significantly higher than that in TA(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in HR in group B(P> 0.05).There were no significant differences in early postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusions: The PT and FIB in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and there was no significant change of APTT in group A,we can suggested that postoperative hypercoagulability and thrombosis risk increased in group A.Heart rate was significantly increased and the average arterial pressure was significantly decreased in group A,we can suggested that a group of intraoperative hemodynamic risk associated with increased.
