Objective: Based on the syndrome factor differentiation for syndrome differentiation scale,in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)syndrome factor characteristic analysis,for PMOP syndrome factor and sex hormone level,bone density,body mass index correlation study,provide the basis for PMOP syndrome factor diagnosis model is established.Results: Application of "syndrome differentiation,scale",will be based on the characteristics,120 patients with PMOP divided into kidney empty,kidney + phlegm dampness,kidney empty + + and qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney four groups and investigation of sex hormone and bone mineral density,body mass index,using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical description,explore the syndrome factor and sex hormones,and the correlation of bone mineral density,body mass index.Conclusion: 1.In postmenopausal osteoporosis disease syndrome factor kidney is given priority to,and qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,blood stasis syndrome factor for common sex.2.PMOP syndrome factor kidney,phlegm dampness,and qi stagnation and blood stasis negative correlation with Pro,T,E2,and LH,FSH,PRL into positive correlation.3.PMOP syndrome factor associated with BMI,BMI has positive and negative two-way role for osteoporosis.4.Changes as a correlation of bone mineral density and PMOP syndrome factor,different content in different syndrome factor bone mineral density.
