Synergetic Effect About Medicine Combined With Acupuncture Of 109 Cases Of Dry Eyes Of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

1.Objective Evaluating the therapeutic effect of the dry eye symtoms of patients with primary sjogren's syndrome using moistening dryness formula of Lu.Evaluating the Increase of the curative effect by cooperating with acupuncture treatment.2.Method The study includes 116 cases of patients with primary sjogren' syndrome.They are divided into two groups randomly.The patients in control group are taking moistening dryness formula of Lu.The patients in treatment group are taking moistening dryness formula of Lu with acpuncture treatment.The duration of the treatment is 12 weeks.Arrange visits of the patients at week 0,1,2,3,4,6,8,10,12,and evaluate two groups of dry eye symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine eye dry VAS and dry mouth,fatigue symptoms and traditional chinese medicine syndrome as a whole.At week 0 and 12 do ink absorption test examination,laboratory examination before and after treatment,and security checks during medication.After research,analyze all the indexes between th goups and within the group,draw a group therapy difference before and after treatment within the group and between groups.3.Result Firstly,the total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine after 12 weeks is79.63%.With acpuncture treatment it can be 89.66%.Secondly,after 12 weeks,the effective rate of the treatment of dry eye only using moistening dryness formula of Lu is 57.41%.With acpuncture treatment,It can be72.73%.The effective rate of the treatment of dry eye VAS only using moistening dryness formula of Lu is 59.26%.With acpuncture treatment,It can be 83.64%.Two groups of ink absorption test results are obviously improved compared with before treatment,and tear secretion has increased.Thirdly,two groups of treatment of traditional chinese medicine syndrome in patients with symptoms of dry mouth,western medicine dry mouth VAS score changes has an improved role.And western medicine treatment group average dry mouth VAS score in each evaluation point is lower than the control group.The two groups of treatments improved the performance of the patients with weakness of tradi tional Chinese medicine and the weakness VAS grading of the western med icine.Fourthly,after 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of ESR,RF,Ig G were markedly reduced,but no difference is compared between two groups.Finaly,before and after treatment,the treatment group security indexes donot change.In the control group after 12 weeks of treatment,there is one case of leukopenia.Continue with the original treatment for one month,the review result is normal,leucopenia caused by consideration is this ill's characteristic.4.Conclusion Only using moistening dryness formula of Lu to treat primary sjogren' syndrome can achieve good therapeutic effect.When cooperating with acupuncture treatment,the treatment effect can be outstanding.Two kinds of therapy playe a certain role change of immunological indexes,but it is not obvious.The clinical application of combination of acupuncture with medicine in the treatment of p SS dry eye syndrome,can improve the curative effect,at the mean time,it has small side effects,it is safe and reliable,and can reduce drug in patients with long-term economic burden.So it is worth popularizing widely.
