Pharmacology And Mechanism Study Of Yinghuang Mixture On The Treatment Of Infantile Hepatology Syndrome (Yin Jaundice)

Objective: Yinghuang mixture is self-prescription of professor Mou,which works in Qilu children's Hospital of Shandong University.However,Yinghuang mixture lacks of analysis and study on the mechanism of pharmacological experiments in clinical application.Hence,this study investigates the efficacy evaluation and toxicity evaluation of Yinghuang mixture via infantile hepatitis syndrome pharmacological methods,and clearly put forward the mechanisms of it.Methods: Through the study of traditional Chinese medicine literature combined with modern research progress,efficacy etest and acute toxicity test is carried out combining “yin jaundice” theory usingYin Jaundice paterner mode rats.Depend on BCG+LPS,acetaminophen and CCl4 induced liver injury model in mice,to study on the hepatoprotective effect of Yinghuang mixture.Result:In the project,the mixture has hepatoprotective effect on liver injury mice induced by CCl4,acetaminophen,BCG+LPS,by reducing liver and spleen swelling,abnormal liver function(AST,ALT,ALB),lower blood activity index caused by various factors.Yinghuang mixture significantly reduce on yin jaundice mice liver swelling,abnormal liver function and other indicators.In the acute toxicity test of continuous observation for fourteen days to the mice,mice weight decreased significantly,but none have died,and the weight growth trend is similar to the control group.Conclusion: Yinghuang mixture has protective effects on immune induced liver injury,acute poisoning,liver injury and drug induced liver injury.Its mechanism may be related to the protection of the liver cells,the immune regulation to reduce inflammation.The mixture has exact curative effect in the treatment of infantile yin jaundice hepatitis syndrome,and is helpful to the recovery of liver function,to reduce symptoms of yin jaundice,it has fair average safety as well.
