Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods: 128 cases of OVCF patients from February 2015 to February 2016 in my hospital as the research object,randomly divided into PKP group(n = 64)and woven bag group(n = 64)underwent surgical treatment,were compared between the two groups of patients with operation time,preoperative pain,postoperative Cobb angle after surgery the kyphosis correction rate,the distribution of bone cement,bone cement leakage.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Results: 1.all patients with postoperative pain visual score(VAS),Cobb angle,than before were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),VAS score group,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05),postoperative kyphosis correction rate of capsular group than the Pk P group,the difference there was statistical significance(P<0.05);bone cement dispersion type 2 and two groups of treatment effect: 1,two groups of bone cement dispersion type is different,with statistical significance(P<0.05);2,a variety of diffusion of preoperative and postoperative VAS scores were significantly different(P,<0.05)three all the way to ease the diffusion played a good effect for the patients with pain;three kinds of diffusion way to ease the pain of patients showed no significant difference(P >0.05)3,three diffusion of preoperative and postoperative vertebral height compression rate comparison,there were significant Difference(P <0.05);the height recovery effect ofthe mass type and the mixed type were higher than that of >0.05(P <0.05),and the effect of the mass type and the mixed type on the height of vertebral body was equivalent(P).7.1% the incidence of bone cement penetration in the 3 woven bag group was significantly lower than that in PKP group(18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The average operation time of PKP group and woven bag group were 28.9 + 1.7min,+ 30.2 + 1.2min,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Through two methods comparison,expansion type woven bag vertebroplasty has obvious advantages in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,in pain,operation time,the amount of bone cement injection,no difference between the two,in the recovery of the vertebral height,kyphosis correction and bone cement leakage than PKP.2.Effects of different bone cement distribution on the therapeutic effect of PKP patients bone cement dispersion is dispersed and mixed type,sac group into a mixed type and mass type,three kinds of ways to relieve the patients pain degree of dispersion is basically the same,diffusion of mixed type and mass type in the recovery of the vertebral height more dispersed type has certain advantages,but in terms of bone cement and vertebral stability,dispersion type and mixed type,diffuse isattenuated.
