Object:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of ACL with autologous tendon and the recovery of Chinese MedicineMethods:The study of medical records from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine sports injury Department of orthopedics ward from March 2015 to May 2016,40 patients in our hospital diagnosed by clinical and arthroscopic examinations of the anterior cruciate ligament rupture. All patients were treated with arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with autogenous tendon. All of the grafts were autologous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon. The distal femur was fixed with Endobutton titanium alloy plate, and the tibia was fixed with PK interface screw.Observation of patients with preoperative and postoperative limb function recovery, were observed and compared, evaluated by Lysholm and IKDC standard for evaluation standard for evaluation. Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 15 months(mean,7 months). All the symptoms were significantly improved, and the axial displacement test,Lachman test and anterior drawer test were all improved. There was no obvious rejection and severe complications, and the stability and activity of the knee were normal or close to normal.ROM: 9 cases up to 0 degrees to 105 degrees,20 degrees to 120 degrees in 0 cases,11 cases of up to 0 degrees to 130 degrees, preoperative Lysholm score was(50.8 + 4.2),IKDC score(47.6 + 4.5)points,to improve the postoperative Lysholm score(92.8 + 2.2)points,IKDC score increased to(91.6 + 3.2),preoperative and postoperative Lysholm score and IKDC score comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The use of ACL technology development and reconstruction of the knee arthroscopy, not only reduce the iatrogenic injury and reduce the number of complications, and the exact positioning of the graft;this method compared with the traditional method, from the previous method of open repair, and this method can reduce the difficulty of the operation, and the operation process is fast the rehabilitation process, the hospitalization time is short, fast, but also to increase the success rate of treatment, patient satisfaction is relatively high.
