Objective: To observe the promoting effect and clinical efficacy of two groups of traditional Chinese medicine packages on rehabilitation training by combining two groups of different traditional Chinese medicine packages with rehabilitation training. Methods: Subjects were recruited through the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Sport University.According to the experimental design, they were randomly divided into a blank prescription combined training group and two groups of Chinese herbal prescription combined training groups.Addition and subtraction of self-made Sini Powder and Suoquan pill,15 subjects in each group.Treatment time is on Tuesday and Friday morning. The traditional Chinese medicine packet was placed on the patient's abdomen, and the center of the packet was located at the navel, and each treatment was 20 minutes. In the rehabilitation training, the subjects took the supine position, contracted the pelvic floor muscles for 5 seconds, and repeated the above actions after a relaxation interval of 5 seconds, avoiding the participation of the muscles of the legs, abdomen and buttocks, and exercised for 15 minutes each time. The training actions were all supervised and implemented under the pressure feedback instrument. The stabilizer pressure feedback instrument was folded and placed on the hip to observe the changes of the patient's pelvic floor contraction, and exercise with app.The urine leakage,ICI-Q-SF scale score,intra-abdominal pressure, pelvic floor pressure, fatigue degree and TCM symptom score scale were compared between the three groups before treatment and after 20 treatments. Before treatment, the general data collection was completed, and the evaluation of urine leakage,ICI-Q-SF scale score,intra-abdominal pressure, pelvic floor pressure, fatigue and TCM symptom score scale was completed. After the treatment was completed, the above indicators were evaluated, records were made, and data was collected and organized as required.Through statistical analysis, the three groups of treatment methods were compared in terms of urine leakage,ICI-Q-SF scale,intra-abdominal pressure, pelvic floor pressure, and fatigue.Clinical efficacy in the TCM symptom score scale. Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.70%,and the total effective rate of the blank group was 53.30%.After the treatment, the scores of the three groups were compared, and there were significant differences between the Yiqi Fang group and the Sini Fang group and the blank formula, with statistical significance. There was no statistical difference between the Yiqi Recipe group and the Sini Recipe group, indicating that the ICI-Q-SF scales of the three groups were significantly reduced, and the combination group of traditional Chinese medicine packages could effectively improve the ICI-Q-SF scale compared with the rehabilitation training group. There was no statistical difference between the Yiqi prescription group and the Sini prescription group. The comparison of the amount of urine pad before and after treatment showed that there were significant differences among the three groups, and all three groups could effectively reduce the amount of urine pad. There was no statistical significance between the Yiqi prescription groups, indicating that the three treatment methods can improve the urine leakage of patients. The intra-abdominal pressure values ??of the three groups were all improved compared with those before treatment, indicating that the three groups could improve the efficacy of intra-abdominal pressure.Comparing the subjective fatigue scale scores, the three groups of fatigue scores were significantly different before and after treatment, indicating that the three groups of treatment methods can improve the patients' fatigue. There was no statistical difference in the curative effect between the Yiqi prescription group and the Sini prescription group, but there was a statistical difference between the two groups compared with the blank prescription group, indicating that the use of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training to improve patients' fatigue was more effective than rehabilitation training. The use of three groups of treatment methods is beneficial to improve the symptoms of TCM qi deficiency. In the analysis of qi deficiency symptoms, the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training have a significant effect compared with rehabilitation training;and in the comparison of improving the accompanying symptoms(low back pain, abdominal distension),It is suggested that the Sini prescription group is better than the Yiqi prescription group in improving the symptoms of waist and abdomen. Conclusion: The research and comparison confirmed that the training of stabilizing pelvic floor muscles is effective, and the use of traditional Chinese medicine packaging can promote the efficacy of rehabilitation training, improve the strength of pelvic floor muscles, and effectively improve the symptoms of urinary leakage in patients. The curative effect is significant. Both the Yiqi prescription group and the Sini prescription group could effectively improve the TCM symptoms of the patients, but on some accompanying symptoms, such as abdominal distension and low back pain, the Sini prescription group was more effective than the Yiqi prescription group.
