The Study On Theory And Clinical Application Of Rehabilitation Of Traditional Chinese For Cardiovascular Disease

Objective: The thesis is aimed to study the rehabilitative theory and its effective mechanism and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in `cardiovascular disease to provide the theory and practice basis for rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.Methods: According to the method of literature research,the author has done an extensive research and reading on the articles relating to theory and clinical practice of cardiac Rehabilitation,both ancient and modern,from the Chinese full-text database of library,publications(CNKI),Wan fang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Pubmed and so on to write this thesis.Based on this,the thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of modern rehabilitation theory,and then the rehabilitation of Chinese medicine theory,which,according to chronological order,is classified into theoretical origin,theoretical basis and rehabilitation methods and Characteristics of rehabilitation therapy.Thirdly,the thesis analyzes the effect of the mechanism of action of Chinese rehabilitation therapy on CVD,including physiological and pathological,biological,cellulai-molecular and other experimental parameter changes,to reveal the modern material basis of this therapy.Last but not least,through the analysis of the rehabilitation therapy in clinical application,the thesis emphasizes the effectiveness of this therapy for CVD and its significance in popularization and application.Results:(1)The rehabilitation theory of Chinese medicine has a long history,in which the therapy in cardiovascular disease rehabilitation has formed into a theoretical system and rehabilitation therapy with its own characteristics and unique advantages,providing a theoretical basis for the development of rehabilitation of TCM.(2)The modern cardiac rehabilitation plays an important role in cardiovascular disease treatment,in which clinical benefit in the aerobic exercise centered therapy is obvious.(3)Clinical basic studies show that rehabilitation of TCM has obvious effects on cardiovascular physiology,pathology,clarifying the mechanism of action of rehabilitation therapy.Those studies illustrate the mechanism of action of rehabilitation therapy.(4)Clinical studies on traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation have been conducted a lot in a wide rage with fruitful clinical evidences,but the clinical data of non-drug therapy of TCM in cardiovascular rehabilitation is relatively rare.is main adjutant method of rehabilitation.As a main aid,Chinese traditional exercise can reduce risk factors and has primary prevention effect.Conclusion: Chinese rehabilitation is a characteristic theory and treatment method under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory providing basis for prevention and treatment of CVD.Large number of clinical studies have found that Chinese rehabilitation therapy can improve clinical efficacy of CVD,which can be regarded as an effective method for long-term prevention and management of chronic diseases,and is worth popularizing widely.
