Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Soothing Liver,invigorating Spleen,detoxcating And Resolving Lumps

Objective:The purpose of this study is to use with Shuganjianpi Xiaoying Decoction which principle of composition is soothing liver,invigorating spleen,detoxicating and resolving lumps in the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and observe its clinical curative effect,evaluate its efficacy and safety.So that we can provide reliable ideas and treatment for traditional Chinese medicine intervention on Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods:According to the case selection criteria,100 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with liver depression and spleen vacuity were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group and the control group of 50 cases.On the basis of the basic treatment,the control group was given in the Prunella oral liquid and the treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Xiaoying Decoction.This study took 4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Before and after treatment,the changes of single symptom,thyroid hormone level(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid autoantibodies level(TPOAb,TGAb),Left lobe,right lobe and isthmus width of thyroid gland,changes of total points of TCM and the clinical comprehensive efficacy were observed.The data of the test were processed by SPSS17.0 software,and the changes and significance of each index were analyzed according to the experimental results.According to the experimental results,the changes and significance of each index were analyzed.After treatment,the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in two groups have statistical significance.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving cervical gall swelling,anterior cervical oppression,exophthalmos,frequent signs,anorexia,women's breast pain,loose stool symptoms.There was significant difference between the two groups of total integral of TCM syndrome before and after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the FT3 and FT4 values on hyperthyroidism group,normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group of the treatment group.There was statistical significance between the TSH values of normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group,hyperthyroidism group and normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group had significant on the thickness of left lobe,right lobe and the isthmus.Before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the FT3 values on hyperthyroidism group,normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group of the control group.There was statistical significance between the TSH values of normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group.The thickness of left lobe,right lobe of the hyperthyroid group,the thickness of left lobe,right lobe and the isthmus of the normal thyroid function group,subclinical hypothyroidism group were statistically significant.Conclusion:With Shugan Jianpi XiaoYing decoction which prescription principle is soothing liver,invigorating spleen,detoxcating and resolving lumps in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of Hashimoto's thyroiditis is significant,not only can significantly improve the level of thyroid hormone,reduce the levels of autoantibodies,protect the thyroid tissue,and can comprehensively improve the clinical symptoms,with high safety,is worthy of promotion.
