| Objective:For In vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation(In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)repeatedly planting failure(recurrent implantation failure,RIF)with Chinese medicine cycle therapy intervention,control group were compared.By studying two groups of patients with kidney empty clinical symptoms and signs of TCM and laboratory indexes,the study of two groups of patients and the receptivity of endometrium biomarkers galactose characteristic expression of lectin(galectin),analysis of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy,the mechanism of action of the receptivity of endometrium and affect embryo grow rate and clinical pregnancy rate.Methods:The object of study for 120 patients with routine freezing and thawing embryo transfer(FET),including 60 patients with RIF as the observation group,60 patients with tubal factor line IVF-ET in the control group.Observation group was given a course of treatment,Chinese medicine cycle therapy intervention in the control group no intervention.Comparing patients with kidney deficiency of TCM clinical signs and symptoms and laboratory indexes.IS oviposit day and 6 days after ovulation intrauterine membrane receptive biomarkers galactose characteristic expression of lectin(galectin).Compare two groups of patients with FET cycle embryos grow rate and clinical pregnancy rate.Results: 1.Observation group after treatment kidney empty earlier toimprove symptoms and signs,no statistical difference compared with controls(P>0.05);2.Observation group after treatment serum basic endocrine level from the previous improvement,no statistical difference compared with controls(P>0.05);3.Observation group after treatment and oviposit day after ovulation 6 galectin serum levels Endometrial galectin and mRNA expression were increased,under ovulation days palace film thickness and film from the ability to improve blood flow,no statistical difference compared with controls(P>0.05);After Chinese medicine cycle therapy of the experimental group compared with the control group,there was significant difference in serum E2,P,Glycodelin on the implantation day and serum E2,P,β-HCG after14 days,the implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rat(P>0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine cycle therapy can improve patients with RIF kidney deficiency syndrome of TCM and the basic endocrine environment,improve ovulation days intrauterine membrane receptive related indicators,improve the FET cycle biomarkers galectin expression of the characteristic and the receptivity of the uterus,to improve the receptivity of endometrium and embryo cultivation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. |
