| Background:Chronic cor pulmonale is a kind of multisystem disease,which is caused by respiratory system disease,leading to pulmonary hypertension and heart load increase.The key lies in the formation of pulmonary hypertension.Chronic cor pulmonale will eventually lead to respiratory failure and heart failure,with high mortality.In the treatment of cor pulmonale,traditional Chinese medicine assisted Western medicine can increase the therapeutic effect.Chinese medicine injection is widely used in the treatment of cor pulmonale,which is a leap in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.There are many kinds of it,so it is urgent to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of each traditional Chinese medicine injection to provide basis for clinical treatment.In this study,evidence-based medicine is used to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cor pulmonale.Objective:There are many kinds of Chinese medicine injections for the treatment of cor pulmonale in clinic,and each has its own efficacy and advantages,which brings troubles to the choice of clinicians.At the same time,there are few head-to-head experimental studies on injection of traditional Chinese medicine,and there is no direct comparison between the two injections.Network meta-analysis can be used to make indirect comparison of various drugs.Now we compare the effectiveness and safety of each Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease,so as to better serve the clinical.Methods:1.Search literature,select literature,and make literature baseline data tables.2.Revman software is used to traditional meta-analysis of each injection.3.Compare their heterogeneity,Screening groups for meta-analysis,making a network chart with STATA14;GEMTC is used to rank the specific probability of the total effective rate of Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cor pulmonale.To compare the therapeutic effects of each group on reducing plasma viscosity,hematocrit,etc.Results:A total of 123 articles were included,involving 8 kinds of Chinese medicine injections,including Safflower injection,Salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Danhong injection,Fleabane injection,Breviscapine injection,Shuxuening injection,Guanxinning injection and Mailuoning injection.In the study,the control group was the conventional western medicine treatment group,and the experimental group was a kind of traditional Chinese medicine injection.First,in terms of effect:auxiliary Chinese medicine injection can improve curative effect,Mailuoning has the most significant curative effect,compared with Breviscapine injection,its OR 1.68,95%CI(1.08,2.66);compared with Safflower group,its OR1.69,95%CI(1.03,2.89);compared with Danhong group,its OR1.59,95%CI(1.06,2.41),the difference is statistically significant.Secondly,in the reduction of hematocrit,there was no significant difference between Safflower group and Shuxuening group.Thirdly,in the aspect of reducing fibrin,the difference between Mailuoning group and Shuxuening group was not statistically significant.In terms of plasma viscosity,meta-analysis is not available.Forthly,in terms of adverse reactions,the results of meta-analysis in Mailuoning group is 1%,while that in salvia miltiorrhiza group was 6%,ranking first.Conclusion:Among the 8 kinds of Chinese medicine injections,Mailuoning injection is the best choice to treat the acute attack of cor pulmonale. |
