Based On The Meta Analysis Of Soothing Liver And Strengthening Spleen In The Treatment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective: To study the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)for its efficacy and safety,which can evaluate the advantages of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine objectively,so as to provide more reference and assistance for clinical effective treatment.Methods: This study collects published literature that are related to the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen in treatment of IBS-D from January 2002 to December 2016.In order to extract information and evaluate literature,it needs to select the appropriate research literature according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with western medicine in literature.Review Manager5.3 soft ware is used to analyze comprehensive effect,syndrome score,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,stool frequency and characters,and draw the forest map,test sensitivity and publication bias.Results: 1.30 domestic literatures are involved 2331 patients.2.The quality evaluation of literature research is not high on the whole.Score of three literatures is one point,and eighteen literatures,two points,eight literatures,three points,and one literature,five points.3.High frequency of application of traditional Chinese Medicine are rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,dried orange peel,radices paeoniae alba,Chinese parsnip root,bupleurum root,tuckahoe,liquorice,coix seed,radix aucklandiae,bitter orange,white lentils,turmeric,corydalis.4.The Meta analysis results: compared with with the western medicine in the treatment of IBS-D,traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in comprehensive efficacy,symptom score,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,stool frequency and character.Conclusion: Research shows that in the treatment of IBS-D,TCM has obvious advantages compared with western medicine,and describes the status of IBS-D treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Because of the low quality of the literature included in this study,it is prone to publication bias.So high quality and large sample randomized clinical trials are should performed to confirm the reliability of the results,which can provide good practice support for the steady development of traditional Chinese medicine.
