| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of mian tan decocion treated windcold attacking collaterals type of idiopathic facial palsy.Methods: 60 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases,with a course of treatment for a period of 2 weeks,and the treatment of the two groups were treated with a course of treatment.The treatment group first to paralysis No.1,2 weeks after the switch to paralysis No.2,control group2 courses were taking Mecobalamin Tablets(Eisai Co.,0.5mg per tablet),observed before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks,the improvement of House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading and modified Portmann score.And before treatment and 4 weeks of blink reflex results,using SPSS22.0 for data processing.Results: House-Brackmann facial nerve function classification and improved Portmann score: two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)for 2 weeks.There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups()at the end of treatment(P>0.05).Blink reflex: before treatment,two groups of patients with facial nerve R1,R2,R2 'wave latency than the contralateral extension,with spread disorder.The treatment group compared before and after the two groups of patients with facial nerve R1,R2,R2 'wave latency,there was significant difference(P<0.01),no significant difference was foundbetween the 4 weeks of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of mian tan decocion windcold attacking collaterals type idiopathic facial nerve paralysis curative effect affirmation,compared with Mecobalamin group,facial nerve function recovery faster,can shorten the treatment time,and can better improve the clinical symptoms.Can be used as the objective index of blink reflex in early diagnosis of idiopathic facial paralysis. |
