The Clinical Research On Treating Idiopathic Facial Palsy By Chai Ge Qian Zheng Yin

Objective: In this study, the teacher self Chaige pull is Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis evil invading Shao Yang, inward Yangming syndrome clinical observation and evaluation its in idiopathic facial paralysis syndrome differentiation and treatment is effective, for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy provides new ideas and methods.Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of idiopathic facial paralysis patients 66 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in treatment group and given Chaige distraction is drinking(Xiaochaihu Decoction in Cimicifuga and pueraria Decoction of Bombyx Batryticatus, cicada slough) and Western medicine foundation treatment; control group(33 cases), treated with western medicine in the treatment of foundation, the two groups of treatment procedures for 4 weeks. Before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with House-Brackmann scale and score, TCM symptoms and signs score improvement, evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups.Results:By statistical analysis, 1. After treatment, the two groups in the amount of H-B table grading and scoring were improved, the treatment group total efficiency was 93.55%. In control group, the total effective rate was 80.65%, the clinical curative effect of the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2. The treatment in the latter two groups of TCM syndromes were improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, especially in the bitter taste in the mouth, thirst, dry throat, chest stuffiness, improvement of dizziness, loss of appetite, two groups of TCM syndrome total score difference has statistical significance(P < 0.01). 3 treatment group and control group after treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes were: 96.77% and 83.87%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chai Geqian decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis, and the facial nerve function of patients, and the side effect of the drug has no obvious side effects, it is worth further research and promotion.
