The Acient Literature Study About Xuanzhong Acupoint(GB39)

Objective:This research uses modern computer retrieval technology and artficial retrieval technology to collect,organize and sum up materials about Xuanzhong Acupoint(GB39)to provide literature basis for the modern clinical and scientific research.Methods:By using the "Chinese Medical Classics"(The Fifth Edition)as the main data-sources to retrieve related to Xuanzhong Acupoint(GB39),establishing a database,then using Microsoft Office Excel Form to process the data.Results: Xuanzhong Acupoint(GB39)has three names,including Xuanzhong,Juegu,Suihui,Yangfu.It belongs to the Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian.Use two location methods which are direct positioning and auxiliary positioning to locate it.It's single acupoint cure syndrome and compatibility of the main cure is similar.All involved in internal medicine,TCM surgery,pediatrics and so on.Internal medicine is the main.Body channels and collaterals disease is located in the first place,but the compatibility of disease increased the gynecopathy syndrome in TCM.Most of acupoint locates limbs,and belongs to the Foot Taiyang bladder meridian.Besides,the author analyzed the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion.Conclusion:The research clarifies the ancient application characteristics of Xuanzhong Acupoint(GB39)better and provides literature basis for the modern clinical and scientific research.
