Observation Of The Comparison Of Therapeutic Effect By Different Depths Of Acupuncture For Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy On The Change Of EMG

Objective: This thesis aims to observe the influence of EMG by different depth of acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR),analyzing the relation of stimulating quantity of acupuncture treating CSR and curative effect.To provide an objective basis for acupuncture stimulating quantity for treating CSR in clinical practive.Method: 60 patients with CSR were randomly divided into deep needling group and shallow needling group,with 30 cases in each group.The deep needling group takes the deep puncturing electric acupuncture treatment and the shallow needling group takes the shallow puncturing electric acupuncture treatment,with 6 times as one course and treating 2 courses in all.F-wave conduction velocity and F-wave occurrence rate shoud be detected before treatment and after 2 courses,with recording pain VAS score and quantitative clinical symptoms and signs score.Results: The effective rate of the deep needling group is 88.89% and the effective rate of the shallow needling group is 88.46%.After the treatment,the F-wave conduction velocity and the F-wave occurrence rate of the both groups have increased,and both of them are significantly different from before treatment(P<0.05).Symptoms and signs score of the two groups are significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the pain VAS score is significantly decreased(P<0.05).The pain,symptoms and signs and the overall improvement of F-wave of electromyogram levels of the deep needling group have no significant difference with the shallow needling group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The deep needling group and the shallow needling group could promote the damaged nerve tissue repair and improve the clinical symptoms,but no significant difference between two groups.Prompt both deep needling and shallow needling can make good results.
