In recent years the incidence rate was significantly higher trend. Surgical tratement is of the main.But it cost high and suffering more pains and may affect reproductive function. According to China's national conditions there are more and more patients require reservations of tubal. So non-surgical treatment received increasing attention. Ultrasound-guided puncture treatment of ruptured tubal pregnancy have High-precision, and easy to operate, Local concentrations of drugs is high,and also have small side-effects. It can kill embryos and nourishment of the cells fast and thorough. And is not surgery, small injury and rapid recovery and could retain reproductive function, low-cost, less pain, shorter hospitalization time .For these advantages ,it can easily be accepted by patients, provides a new way of tratement for unruptured tubal pregnancy patients.Objective:To explove the clinic value of treat and obvious Superiority of Using Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate of Treatment of Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy.Material and method:to divide 51 patients disgnosed clinically as ectopic tubal pregnancy in the Jilin University China-Japan Friendship Hospital and ChangChun Maternity Hospital from January 2006 to October 2007 into 2 random teams.A team(26 patients) was treat by Using Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate 20g. The equipment of Abdominal puncture is Siemens SEQUIA512 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. abdominal probe2.5-4.0MHz. Needle use 16 G-22G of the trocar.B team(25patients) was treated bysing-bose usle injection with Methotrexate 50mg.Comparing the successful treatment rate,the changement of blood beta-HCG and sonograpgy and the selectived during follow-up ,The results were statistical analysed.Result:The successful of termination of ectopic pregnancy:A team(26patients) was 96.1% (25/26).while B team68%(17/25).the mean resolution time for reduction of beta-HCG concentrtion was 15+4.2days in A team while 32+6.8 days in B team;the sonograghy showed the gestational sac of A team was abstracted in 28.45+5.6 days and B teams was abstract in 31.5+4.2 days .he rate of Killing embryos after abendment was 100%(26/26) in team A and 72%(18/25) in team B.Conclusion:1. In the treatment of Uruptured Ectopic pregnancy,the successful rate of Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate was higher than that single-dose musle injection with Methotrexate,The blood beta-HCG and sonography was two objective ways evaluating treatmeat of ectopic tubal pregnancy which prove that statement.2. Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate of Treatment of Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy was a effective,low costing, and non-invasive way.It would be an important method for terminatiny tubal pregnancy to promote.3. Ultrasound Guided Puncturing and Muscle Injection Methotrexate of Treatment of Unruptured Ectopic Pregnancy has no significant complications, the prognosis is good.It was applicable to the patients who has requirements of preserving fertility .
