This paper uses the theory of Balanced Score Card(Balanced Score card,referred to as BSC)for the study of private hospital performance assessment,and to explore the design of performance evaluation system in the specific case,to promote China's private hospital performance management work,promote the hospital and the medical industry healthy and sustainable development.First of all,this paper reviews the emergence and development of the balanced score card,introduces the basic theory of Balanced Score card and its core indicators,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the performance evaluation index system.Secondly,the theory of feasibility analysis in the use of performance assessment and management of private hospitals on the balanced score card,and from the overall strategic height and angle of view,analysis of the current private hospitals generally existing problems of performance management,from the financial,patients,internal processes,learning and growth of these four core level to construct the Balanced Scorecard a set of performance evaluation index system.Finally,this paper takes the H hospital as a case to design a set of scientific and systematic performance index system for the hospital.This article uses the literature research method and case study method of the Balanced Scorecard theory,and then analyzed by Delphy and AHP method,design and determine the corresponding weight of H private hospital performance evaluation index.The construction of performance management index system considering the financial indicators and non-financial indicators of the level,and will be consistent with the overall goal setting and H hospital performance management and cost control organically and index.Through the realization of the improvement of hospital economic management,cost control,the core competitiveness of the goal,to further realize the interests of the hospital,the interests of the interests of workers and the interests of the three party unity.
