Objective:To elucidate the changes of serum concentration of MMP-12? TIMP-1? TIMP-2 at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after PCI in patients with STEMI. Through the serum levels of MMP-12 of patients with coronary heart disease, it provides new research clues to further study the role of MMP-12 in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Methods:38 Patients with STEMI underwent coronary angiography (CA) and primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCI) at the the Department of Cardiology, First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2015 to March 2017. Serum samples are obtained by peripheral venous blood 5ml centrifugation before PCI treatment, in 24 hours, in 48 hours and in 72 hours after PCI. It analyzes and compares the levels of MMP-12,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 at different times and points for the patients with STEMI by liquid chip technique.Results:1? The serum levels of MMP-12 in STEMI patients with PCI treatment after 24 hours ? 48 hours ? 72 hours, compared with before treatment of PCI, the serum levels of MMP-12 were decreased, the difference was statistically significant.2? The serum levels of TIMP-1 in STEMI patients with PCI treatment after 24 hours48 hours, compared with before treatment of PCI, the serum levels of TIMP-1 were increased, the difference was statistically significant.3?The serum levels of TIMP-2 in STEMI patients with PCI treatment after 24 hours? 48 hours, compared with before treatment of PCI, the serum levels of TIMP-2 were increased, the difference was statistically significant.4? The serum levels of TIMP-1 and the serum levels of MMP-12 were positively correlated before PCI treatment, the correlation coefficient was 0.012, the difference was statistically significant. The serum levels of TIMP-2 and the serum levels of MMP-12 were positively correlated before PCI treatment, the correlation coefficient was 0.001, the difference was statistically significant. The serum levels of TIMP-1 and the serum levels of MMP-12 were positively correlated after 72 hours of PCI treatment, the correlation coefficient was 0.030, the difference was statistically significant.5?The serum levels of MMP-12 in STEMI patients were positively correlated with D-to-B time, the correlation coefficient was 0.006, the difference was statistically significant.6?The serum levels of MMP-12?TIMP-1?TIMP-2, and SYNTAX score,GRACE score, LVEDV, LVEF correlation analysis, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1? The serum levels of MMP-12 were decreased in STEMI patients after PCI treatment compared with before treatment. The serum levels of TIMP-1, TIMP-2 after PCI treatment of 24 houurs and 48 hours compared with untreatment were increased, the difference was statistically significant.2?The serum levels of MMP-12 and D-to-B time there is a positive correlation, but there was no correlation between the SYNTAX score?the GRACE score?the LVEDVand the LVEF?...
